Bad customer service
I went to Covert in Hutto to look at a 2012 Santa Fe I drove the vehicle and when I got back to the dealership the salesman asked me if I wanted to continue with the sale I said yes so after running my credit and signing all of the preliminary paper work the finance manager came to where I was sitting and told me I have good news and bad news he told me I was approved for the loan but I can't sell you the car because the guy who traded it in wanted it back he said we will get you into a different vehicle two weeks went by no word from anyone I texted them back and was told they.didnt have another vehicle that met my loan now instead o f giving me an upgrade after what they had done I have heard nothing back except that I would have to pay more money for an upgrade bad Customer service I would not recommend this dealership to anyone They put this man who wanted his car back ahead of me

They lie about trade in values.
They lie about trade in values. Severely lower than it should be. Unfortunately I was in a pinch and since they completely lied and wasted my time had to trade in here. Amber told me she could beat offers coming in at 29000 for my traverse, then I went in and they could barely off me 26000 without me complaining about it. Don't waste your time with these scammers. It's been 3 weeks and after " buying" my vehicle, GM financial still has received ZERO payment from them. Absolute crooks.

gone downhill is an understatement. I have been a Covert Ford customer for going on 30 years. First I show up for an appointment. The guy tells me the appointment was only to meet him and set up another time to drive in. They never reached back out to schedule. Next time I was able to get the Truck in and looked at then left it there to get fixed, over a month went by. After that service was done, a noise started up, cannot confirm this was because of the previous service call but none the less. Showed up, but there was noone there to look at the truck so they told me to come back Monday Morning. I asked was this going to take time to fix. They told me that it would be the same day. I jokingly said, that is what you said last time. He stated that was a different scenario, and I agreed. Went back the following Monday as requested by the Service person, and the Foreman was able to test ride and heard the noise I was concerned. Thereafter, i was chcked in and they said they would call me later that day. No call at all. I called in the next day, left a message with this said person to let me know what is going on and why i dont have my truck back. Got a call back several hours later and was told that the truck cannot even be looked at until Thursday, (4 days after I dropped it off) and that is not even talking about the repair. The advisor told me he did not say that, and was calling me a liar without saying I was a liar. Why would i leave a vehicle in their possession if it was not going to be seen for a full 4 days out? What sense does that make? What is an appointment for? These guys need to get their act together.

Who do I reach out to? This is just a number that asked for a prompt. I just would like my truck to be fixed. And not need to drop it off for an indefinite period of time, or at least be told when. This should be a warranty issue, but you don’t have a loaner car to use, and I have a need to coomute to work

This is the worst place ever.
This is the worst place ever. They should be required to advertise as "dis-service". I did purchase our last 3 cars (Ford) here because the sales guy was alright. But for the last vehicle, the finance people tried to sneak in extra costs - like charging me for putting serial numbers on the windows (something done at the factory). I nearly walked out and scrapped the deal. But the service department is the worst part. They used to be able to do an oil change in an hour (where it takes any other place 15 min). Now it takes them many hours - even with an appointment - and in fact they don't even want you to wait. They want you to drop it so they have all day. Sorry, I don't have all day. We are done.

This place is solid.
This place is solid. Buying from Covert was exactly what I wanted when I was looking for a new car. Sales staff was friendly, they helped me get what I wanted at a reasonable price, and they didn't push me into something I didn't ask for. Jenna Gill was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. Lorenzo and Josh were also super helpful and made me feel like my questions mattered. Definitely recommend. I'll be back.

Purchased used 2018 Ford Max on 3/10/2023.
Purchased used 2018 Ford Max on 3/10/2023. Took delivery on 3/24/2023. Remarked that I smell antifreeze, was told it could be residual from repairs that were done. On 3/20 we returned the vehicle to the dealership for leakes and and antifreeze smell. They looked for AC leaks not antifreeze leaks. We clarified that it was infact antifreeze they should be looking for. They stated no leaks found. They told my wife that the leaking was condensation from the AC and we would have that with the Max. We then went back to the dealership and spoke with another individual who was in management and he said he would get to the bottom of the issue. On Friday 3/17 we picked the vehicle back up and were told no leaks were found. We took it home and I spent about 10 minutes with a flashlight and located the leak and the loose bolt that were part of the issue. I corrected the issue and notified them with photos. We took the vehicle to Corpus Christi and on the way back south east of San Antonio it started acting like it was going to die and was very sluggish. We got it home and I notified the dealership on a group chat that the leak was fixed and told them the new issue. We currently have more issue with the vehicle and I understand we bought used as is but this is unacceptable. The vehicle supposedly went through a rigorous inspection prior to becoming an certified used car for Covert. The current issue appears to be the Cam Phasers going out which Ford is very aware of. Why was this issue passed on to the consumer and not corrected prior to delivery of the vehicle. Not a fan at this time. GRR

When I call it goes to the switchboard, who should I request to speak with about this? I know that your team has or had our information and could have the proper person reach out to us. This would save you guys from having to put a name in the public response. The vehicle is a 2018 Ford Expedition Max it is Black. Ok, update. I have received no communication from the dealership other than the computer generated response they have set up. I have tried calling and get no return calls. In my opinion this is not a company that cares about the customer or their company image. STAY AWAY.
Truck was taken to another Repair facility and was told that the Cam Phasers are bad and need to be replaced. The down side is that some of the parts needed for the repairs are on back order with no known date for them come off backorder. So the vehicle is now parked at the repair facility with no known date for the repair to be completed. Not even 2 months old and we can't even use it. No one from the dealership will return calls or text messages. Do not do business with this dealership they don't stand behind anything.
