Trade evaluation was criminally low.

Trade evaluation was criminally low. 7500 dollars lower than their sister store at Cadillac. Also they tried to add 3k in add ons into my deal on a 2 year old pre owned truck with 25k miles. This place reeks of predatory practices. Will never ever be back.

Poor experience.

Poor experience. Amber gave me higher number for trade with VIN and mileage. Then also discussed for agreement on middle ground which they agreed to consider. When I went there - reduced my trade value. When I asked for a reason for lower $ than what was quoted originally, of course they had no reason and tried to get away from my question. Unfortunately Amber I’m a car guy as discussed with you and you and your team had 0 reason to low ball after in person inspection of my vehicle.

Routine Maintenance

I brought my 2022 Tahoe in for scheduled routine maintenance. We barely made it home and were called back that they were through. No charge for the service. Very pleased.

They overpromised.

They overpromised. Lied. Led me on to believe stuff they knew they could not deliver. Then would not return text/ phone calls or emails. Service started out ok, then they were the same. I hear the same from people I don’t even know.

***Bait & Switch***Do not give your business to this dealership. We paid a down payment, price confirmed and finance rate locked in. Once I got on site to pickup the vehicle after a 4 hour drive, they stated they sold the truck. Josh Parker General Sales Manager would not honor our agreement and lied that the truck was actually sold. It was relisted for a higher price and they were still taking inquiries and telling customers it was available the next day. We have contacted the General Manager Stephen Hamilton and received no reply. It seems they simply do not care. DO NOT TRUST COVERT FORD

***Do not trust Convert Ford Hutto***. Bait & switch*** FRAUD. They were dishonest and committed fraud. I paid a down payment.The price was confirmed and credit score ran. Once I got on site after a 4 hour drive, they refused to sale me the vehicle and stated they already sold it. They tried to sale me a new vehicle for a higher price. They would not honor our agreement and lied that the truck was actually sold. It was relisted for a higher price. I received email confirmation the next day that the truck was still for sale at a higher price. 2020 Ford Truck F-150 XLT – 01-11-23 Inquired about the 2020 Ford Truck F-150 XLT through auto trader. Received a call and more information on the truck from Dominique Martin New/Used Sales. 01-11-23 Negotiated price and was sent to Abby with Finance. I filled out an online credit application and my credit was ran and rates were discussed. 1/12/23 Evans Ramsey Used Manager called and stated they could not sale the vehicle for negotiated price. Evan Increased the price and I agreed to the increase. He sent me back through financing. We negotiated my rate and my payment. I paid a $500 down payment for scheduled pick up 1/15/23. 1/12/23 Sent a summary of our agreement: listing price, rate, deposit and pick up date 1/15/23 1/13/23 Received a confirmation of the summary “okay, see you Sunday” While viewing Autotrader and Convert Ford website I noticed the truck had been recently relisted for a higher price. 1/15/22 Received a phone call from Dominique Martin at 12:50pm asking when I would be arriving. I stated I was about 30minutes away. 1/15/23 Arrived on site and was told by Josh Parker General Sales Manager that the vehicle had sold but they could sale me a new vehicle for more money. The 2020 Ford Truck F-150 XLT was still on the lot and listed on Autotrader and the Convert website. 1/16/23 The 2020 Ford Truck F-150 XLT is still listed on Autotrader and Covert Ford website. Inquired about the truck and received a message back from Kelly Mercer that he could show the truck, did not state the truck was sold. 1/16/23 Travis Etie confirmed by email 11:25am the truck was still available and ready for a test drive. *** Bait & Switch*** DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE

Brought my 2020 F150 in to have electric door locks

Brought my 2020 F150 in to have electric door locks repaired. I have the "Premium Care Extended Service Plan" (100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper coverage). Ford arranged for a rental (part of the warranty coverage) which was fine. When I picked my vehicle up, I was informed that the 'door lock actuator was unplugged' and that because there was nothing actually wrong with the actuator, the service of re-connecting the wire was not covered under warranty. Ford wanted to charge me $180 for an hour of diagnostics and refused to cover the cost of the rental car; another $182. I managed to get the diagnostic fee reduced to the $100 deductible on my warranty. Brittany Workman (Service Manager) insisted that electrical connections can simply fail from time to time. Wow! When I purchased the truck and the warranty I was told the warranty would 'remove all uncertainty with respect to the cost of ownership'. I guess that only applies when system failure is the result of something actually breaking. When a system fails, but there are no defective parts (how does that happen?) you're out of luck. I did check with the Business Manager at MacHaik Ford in Georgetown, Gabriel Baer after the fact. Gabriel informed me that I should absolutely be covered in this circumstance. At this point, I'm working through Ford Consumer Care, have an assigned case, and am expecting reimbursement for the rental. So much trouble!!
