Highly recommend Covert Hutto and Ryan S!

Ryan was amazing to work with. Professional, helpful and overall pleasant to be around. His knowledge on the trucks and inventory were helpful in making a decision. Would definitely recommend him to all friends and family!

Worts service ever

Worst service ever. It bought in thi dealership because it was highly recommend by a friend, the sales person (Jonathan Alcala) treated us in very poorly manner, like if he was making us a favor. Even though it was a cash deal (full price) it was a big deal for them to deliver the vehicle, they wanted to charge me 600.00 for delivering. License plates had been standing in there dealerships since the 20th of this month an I still haven?t received them. I have not been able to contact them to mail my licenses plates. I would never make a deal again with them. I prefer my home town.

Take business elsewhere

Worst experience when trying to purchase a new vehicle. Sales associate will thrive in hooking you in with a nice pitch describing your dream car go see financial advisor that will carry on similar pitch and get approved then wait to get vehicle and once delivered realize it's nothing like it was described. Fun part is trying to get them to fix problem and you get a run around so now your stuck with a vehicle you don't like. I will definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone, worst new vehicle experience I have had.

mr devin the sales person was so unprofessional quick to

mr devin the sales person was so unprofessional quick to blown me away and forgot to give me his business car. the vehicle i had choosen it was not availble later i was told it was not saleable it had too many things wrong with it would not pass inspection but i saw it again in the web available and for sale no mention of all this details wrongh with it this is worst dealer ever. the manager give his advice why should i buy a new car and the advantages he forgot the price tag thousands of dollars more. There webb advertisement have false advetising so they can get you to come and see vehicles that are not even in the dealer. I will sue them for wasting my time making drive from temple texas andall for their false advertising tactics they should be ashame to the manager that call me back are kidding me you think iam that sucker check all your recalls.

Worst customer service

I took my suv to repair with 3 different advisers first one being Jeff which I found out he didn?t work there no lore after he had said they were gonna order the piece that my car needed well then with Stephanie and well I guess she wasn?t working there mu�ir� wither she told me a price then they over charged me and then finally Rod or Ron well they had already done a diagnosis and they supposedly fixed it I went to pick up my vehicle and the next days it brakes down on my in the middle of the road AGAIN since what I paid wasn?t $10 it was way over 1K so I took it back to them and for my lunch they had it there for a whole week I had to call and ask for an update and they said they were trying to contact me before they did the dignosis because I HAD TO PAY AGAIN!! I?m am a single mom with one vehicle only I had to loose work because I didn?t have any transportation and they tell me that after a week of my car being there they haven?t done anything to it and that I had to pay again because what they ?fixed? wasn?t the correct thing idk what they even fixed in my vehicle but for sure THEY STOLE MY MONEY now my car isn?t drivable because if I do I?m risking mine and my sons life because i have no $$ to repair it just yet thank you Chevrolet for doing nothing !!!!

I am very pleased and excited about my new-to-me Jaguar

I am very pleased and excited about my new-to-me Jaguar XFR. As soon as this car hit the lot we were contacted by Joseph Russell. He knew we may be very interested since we had previously owned a Jaguar. He did thorough research and made sure it passed inspection to the highest level. He worked with us in every aspect of buying a car from the test drive, financing, and closing the deal with us. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Joseph Russell made the buying experience effortless for

Joseph Russell made the buying experience effortless for a pre-owned car. He first made contact when an exotic car was traded in and thought I'd be interested. He continued to keep in touch after inspections and price was determined by the dealership. His professional salesmanship and knowledge brought me and my wife in for test drives. We loved the Jaguar XFR. Joseph took the time to demonstrate and explain all its features. We drove it home the following day. We're very happy with the car, the staff who also made the buying process easy, and the dealership. Thank you, Joseph for all your effort, courtesy, and going above and beyond for us!
