If you want to get a completely different price that what

If you want to get a completely different price that what is listed online, then this is your dealership. We read online a specific stock number for a vehicle at a defined price, but when we showed up after being hassled by the sales staff, not only was the vehicle sold which had multiple deals on it, the vehicle was also priced $12,000 higher which included a protection package worth almost $3500! When the staff explained to us that their is a market ramp up on certain vehicles, I explained that listing a price on the internet that is completely different than the actual price is unethical. Regardless of the market. I was quoted, “Well, we can’t change that.” Getting people to come into dealership based on online pricing, and then tricking them into another price is totally unfair. Additionally, we were completely low-balled on our trades, which I figured would happen regardless of the price. Furthermore, the staff was trying to sell us a vehicle that wouldn’t exist for 3 months. Completely Absurd. Lastly, I really didn’t appreciate being spoken to as if this was my first car buying experience. I know the senseless nonsense game of dealerships trying to make the most money from a deal, but Covert is the worse one I’ve seen yet, even comparing to dealerships In Killeen, Tx, where those dealerships take advantage of Soldiers. I gave Covert my first and last chance. I will never return here, and will personally persuade anyone who thinks of going there to change their minds. I hope this helps someone from being taken advantage of.

Kelly Mercer at Covert Hutto was a pleasure to deal

Kelly Mercer at Covert Hutto was a pleasure to deal with, and I love my truck. My wife and I were there to look at one specific used truck. Kelly arranged an appointment, and had the truck ready to test drive the minute we arrived. His direct sales approach, and product knowledge was refreshing.

Horrible Service

We had a SCHEDULED appointment for 9am on Friday 10/7/22. Advisor would not offer a loaner vehicle and just gave my wife a shuttle ride home. We did not hear anything back until the following Monday evening from him. This was only because we had to keep calling to get an update. During our phone call on Monday he quoted a ridiculous price and would not even answer our questions regarding warranty coverage. We finally had to make a decision to ?just pay it? in order to get our vehicle back. Well once again we had to call repeatedly just to get an update. Our ?advisor ? was out and no one else good give us an honest answer about our vehicle. We feel Covert failed miserably with this visit and will never buy another vehicle or have ?service ? work done at this dealership. Our friends and family will also follow our recommendation as well. Very disappointing.

Buyers Beware!!!

My husband scheduled an appt to look at a vehicle for 515pm tonight. Received confirmation email about appt this afternoon at 2pm. Showed up at 515, salesperson he had appt with was not even there, and vehicle he was supposed to look at had been sold. He drove 2 hrs. Sales manager never apologized, no one called to say it was sold. Horrible customer service. We'll find a vehicle elsewhere, thanks.

We have tried to contact you. My husband left his name and number for the GM to contact him on Tuesday night. He was told the GM was in a meeting and would call him back asap. It is now Thursday, and we've received no contact at all.

Covert Hutto offered me the most pleasurable car buying

Covert Hutto offered me the most pleasurable car buying experience. I couldn’t have asked for better service from David Ozornea.
