Great experience buying my 2nd car from them

I had a great experience when buying my new 2018 Mazda CX-5. Mike was our salesman and he was not pushy or aggressive. I had the opposite experience most would think at a dealership. While the process took a long time due to it being a busy weekend, the service was friendly and helpful. I appreciated Mike showing me all the features of my car after the purchase as well. This was my second card from Roger Beasley Georgetown and won’t be my last!

DJ is the best car sales guy!

DJ was truly honest and thoughtful He showed me the best deal ever I had a good experience to get my car I'll definitely come by for getting oil change, any service or just saying hi then get next car in the future

No Pressure, Great staff and support!

Easiest car buy EVER!! I can't say enough about this dealership! From the salesperson (David Garza), to the manager (Taylor Peterson), to the Finance manager (Brandon Testa) - the whole process was amazing! David was very patient with us (my son, the new owner, is special needs) and helped answer questions and concerns plus drove three different Mazda3 models with us. Taylor didn't play the usual back and forth pricing game - he cut to the bottom line immediately, which we SO appreciated! While we went to dinner, the new car was prepped and the paperwork readied. Brandon was efficient and fast -- and patient when we couldn't decide about the maintenance option. On top of that, we get a one on one tutorial for my son with Taylor on how to use the car (OMG..these new models have a LOT of techno stuff!). We got the Mazda3 grand touring sedan. Would I recommend this dealership and car? You bet I would!!!

Excellent customer service and friendly, knowledge

Our experience was great. DJ was very personable, helpful, knowledgeable and even great with our daughter — brought her a balloon and snacks too! No pressure or sales tactics. Very positive, easy and no pressure buying experience.

Great Service, Treat you like Family

I've been going to this dealership about 3 years now and they always treat me well. Their service department is wonderful, and I just purchased my 2nd vehicle with them . The sales department was great. I did not feel pressured and I got exactly what I was needing. I wouldn't go to any other dealership. Their service here is awesome.

Very Satisfied
