Outstanding Service
Courtney Evans, customer service-met me before I even got out of my car, let me know the process, showed me around & explained everything. Dearek Garcia, a certified technician-did a great job on the video he texted of the underside of my car, various parts & tires explaining the status of each. I have never seen or heard of this practice but was very impressed!! Plus I got an email reminder about my appointment. Overall����

Communication Disaster
I bought a car in April and didn't get my license plates until August. The mix up occurred with the DMV, but the sales agent at Roger Beasley was horrible about communicating about the issue. He never initiated phone calls - I was the one who had to call for updates, and on numerous occasions, he wouldn't return my calls. I got the Sales Mgr involved, and eventually he didn't return phone calls either. It was only after going to the dealership in person and speaking to the Gen'l Mgr that I got my plates. The sales department treated me like royalty when I bought the car, but the follow up was the worst I have ever experienced. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Hi Paula, I am so sorry about this. You're right, this was a communication disaster and it was 100% our fault. Our team should've called you back to keep you posted on the situation. The DMV has been backed up getting new plates out to customers, so it was going to take a while to get you your new plates anyway. But then we made a mistake filing the paperwork and had to re-do the process which slowed it down further, and the DMV can be less than helpful with these things. Our team should have been in touch with you the whole time to keep you updated and we definitely failed in that regard. I am so sorry for the trouble. We needed to do a better job and didn't. Our General Manager and Sales Manager are aware of this and have addressed this with our team. There isn't anything we can do to change what happened in the past, but we will coach our team to be better in the future. We do apologize that this happened and for all the trouble you went through. Low Ball
After test driving several cars the finance manager insulted my intelligence my offering me a "low ball" price for my vehicle. I got a price for my vehicle from car max a couple of months before I started my car search and their offer was $2500 below car max. I am a female and I felt that they were trying to treat me like I didn't know what I was doing. I did my research and already got approval from my bank and have a check to get my vehicle. The bank gave the value of my car for dealership and private sale. What a waste of time!!

Hi there, First and foremost, I want to apologize for you feeling that way and can understand your frustration. We appraised your vehicle for the amount we did due to the front bumper damage, interior issues, and the airbag light being on. I am unsure if those were issues when you originally got it appraised at CarMax a couple months back, but unfortunately, we couldn't offer higher than that. KBB averages your trade between $3,890 to $5683 with $4,787 being the average, however, this assumes it does not require repairs as your vehicle does, hence the lower offer. Best Experience
Stopped by the store to see if I could possibly trade my car in, not really expecting anything. We spoke with Jorge Benavides who helped us with our options. We told him what we wanted and what we could comfortably afford. He listened to our needs and made it happen!! We drove off with a showroom car! The process was SO smooth and easy! All the staff was so professional and friendly! Best car buying experience ever!

Best Customer Service! Shaun and Dennis Rocks!
Best Customer Service!!! Really good price too!! Shaun and Dennis Rocks!! This is our very first time with buying Mazda. We end up working with both and they provided excellent customer-service. Shaun, the product specialist was super helpful and very patient with all my questions and concerns. He made trusting the Mazda brand easy. Dennis who helped us with the final paperwork was also amazing to work with. We end up getting the car when dealership was about to close and along with him Tyler and other sales person stayed late till we complete all the paperwork. Even after that he patiently explained all the features in the car very well and answered all our questions and queries. Even he did after purchase followed up with us which was very nice of him. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

purchased a new mazda CX-5 touring
My experience at Roger Beasley MAZDA Georgetown was one of the best experiences in over 50 years of buying some 50+ cars/trucks for my many businesses,my family including three daughters and friends.Wally(sales) is professional,patient,knowledgeable,honest and friendly.He spent hours on our first visit in March and another 4+ hours when we purchased a new Mazda CX-5 on Sept. 8.He gave a thorough demo/explanation of the car on our test drive.The dealership manager was fair and helpful in closing the deal and the financial manager was friendly,thorough,but not pushy.
