We went to Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown to replace our aging Mazda 3 with another and ended up with a Miata. Couldn't be happier. DJ gave us a great deal. They had to go way out of town to find what we wanted but they came through. Did I mention this is the 5th Mazda we have bought from Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown. We'll be back for another when the time comes.

Good job
The only issue I had was that the service representative did not write down my concerns. Went in for oil change and minor repair. Got oil change and no mention if the repair was looked at. It was not repaired.

Roger Beasley is great to work with
Our salesman, DJ, was great to work with. I’ve had horrible experiences at other dealerships but the staff at Roger Beasley were wonderful. They made the process of financing and buying a car pleasant. I would definitely recommend DJ and this dealership.

What can I say? Nothing but awesome for this dealership!! Everything went smoothly with the purchase of my Mazda CX-5, and the sales rep Mr Evan Johnson surpassed my expectations with help and knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. Everything went smoothly with the purchase with no pressure or trickery to buy extras. Also the sales manager Mr Patrick was beyond awesome to negotiate a deal with. The financial manager Mr Brandon was an all out a good spirited people- awesome!! You can't loose by shopping @ Roger Beasely Mazda , Georgetown Texas!

Great Service
My husband and I have bought 7 cars from this dealership over the years! DJ has been our sales rep and always works with us on a payment we can afford! I love the Mazda CX 5! Just had my CX5 and my daughters Mazda 6 services. Richard is a great service rep and takes care of any issues we have with the vehicles!

This team never fails to exceed my expectations. In sales, they are fair and not pushy. After the sale, you still matter to them and they take care of you with respect, friendliness and appreciation and won’t try to “up-sell” you for an extra buck. Purchased a new and used car here. Will get my next car here too, I suspect. Happy customer.

I was worked into the schedule and taken good care of. I was worried about the monitors not being set which meant I couldn't get my inspection. My service coordinator (Richard???) got this taken care of. Thank you!

Took care of me
Bought used 2015 Buick Enclave. Buick was good price but there was some "take back" on verbal agreement about brand and quality of DVD player that was to be installed. Could have been a mis-communication between manager and sales person, however, in my opinion, once promised, it should be delivered. Otherwise, very satisfied with purchase. A couple of days after purchase, I noticed shaking in steering wheel during breaking. I called service department and initially the "agent" told me they don't warranty breaks and that I probably heated up the breaks and warped the discs. I needed to have the repairs made so he made an appointment for me. I am very happy with the promptness and great service from the folks in the Service department. They said the vehicle had less than 2,000 miles and had purchased it in less than 90 days since I purchased it and quickly repaired it with no charge. They kept me informed of the progress and were very friendly to me and my children. Thanks Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown!

Fantastic people, polite, service Center is super. I have either purchased or leased a Mazda since 1995 and I have never been disappointed with either the sales person or service personnel I have felt with. I will always purchase or lease a Mazda from Roger Beasley for the rest of my life time.
