# 1 in my book for car service

For those that have written negative reviews. I completely disagree. I have been with Nalley for 3 months as a new resident of the area. I have been a car owner for more than 35 years. I have lived in 11 states over the last 20 years. I have never had such an accommodating experience with pure professionalism. Mike, Ashley and Chris have to be some of the most professional and considerate service representatives I have ever worked with. Timely should be part of their motto. The service techs have never allowed either one of my vehicle to leave with a problem. Moreover, it seems that they go above and beyond in the safety and comfort of knowing when I leave I have had the best underneath and throughout my vehicles. The experience is on of high standards in operation. The shop is spotless, that alone let me know visually that I was in the right place. Nalley is fortunate to have the staff and team they have assembled. I recommend the Nalley team to all passing through or residents in place. This experience will change your life with vehicle maitenance. Visit Nalley in Brunswick, GA. Thank you Nalley team for all you do. I will start by saying I thought this dealership was...

I will start by saying I thought this dealership was different. I couldn't be more wrong. Like many in this current state of the country, they also are practicing a form of bait and switch. Buy with caution. The listed/advertised price will not be what you will be offered. Yes it will be that vehicle, however there will be an additional amount on the offer sheet called "market value adjustment" or something to that effect. In my research that could be upwards of 10k more than MSRP. If you are desperate or don't care about paying MSRP plus the additional 10k than that's good for you. It's not the fact that a dealer can charge what they want, its the fact that that amount is not listed anywhere until you start the negotiation. So don't bother with the online buying tool it will be far above the amount you are thinking. Again if you are testing the waters or serious about buying, ask about the hidden amount before you waste your time.

Car buyer

These people lie to you and do not stand behind their sales. They wired hitch up wrong, whichcaused my rear window defroster not to work.another go charged mr to tell mr that had been done. This should have been a warranty issue.

DAVID AREM IS THE SALESMAN YOU WANT!

David exhausted every resource and used every trick he had in his bag to help me out. He was kind and patient with both my wife and I through the whole process. He took both her feelings, and mine into account while trying to help us. We also had a screaming baby sitting in the backseat with him while test driving the car I was looking at. I am almost impossible to work with and I know that. David Arem could very easily have become frustrated with my antics, but he hung in there with a great attitude. David Arem will always get the first shot at my business.

They touched me in my no no spot

I didnt fight it so I bought a 2017 civic EX-L for 22.5k then tax tag and title it was 24.5k and i got ceramic tint which i recommend btw
