Terrible experience
Finance manager was very rude when I would not purchase vehicle immediately. Later found out that vehicle was listed on their web site for $3,000 less than the quote he gave me.

Satisfied with serviceon vehicle
I took my vehicle in for oil change and filter and auto butler. I was satisfied with work performed and service. I had a$29.95 coupon that was given to service person Michelle at arrival and green auto butler coupon advising me that service for this would be $15.00. Upon notice of completion I was advised that bill was $54. 00 and some change. I gave my credit card to Michelle for payment and after giving card I thought about the amount and said in a low voice I thought you told me the amount was $44.00 and change. I'm sorry I misunderstood why is the bill seven or eight dollars higher. Michelle without looking up in a very low voice stated calm down and I will check for the reason for why it is higher. I whispered back in the same low voice that I was calm and that was all I said. She checked the computer and said I see the reason for the extra charge your vehicle holds six quarts of oil instead of five so that was the reason why it is higher. I paid the bill and left but I felt very uncomfortable as I left the dealership because I did not feel like I was being unreasonable asking about the extra charge nor was I excited.
