Satisfied with serviceon vehicle

I took my vehicle in for oil change and filter and auto butler. I was satisfied with work performed and service. I had a$29.95 coupon that was given to service person Michelle at arrival and green auto butler coupon advising me that service for this would be $15.00. Upon notice of completion I was advised that bill was $54. 00 and some change. I gave my credit card to Michelle for payment and after giving card I thought about the amount and said in a low voice I thought you told me the amount was $44.00 and change. I'm sorry I misunderstood why is the bill seven or eight dollars higher. Michelle without looking up in a very low voice stated calm down and I will check for the reason for why it is higher. I whispered back in the same low voice that I was calm and that was all I said. She checked the computer and said I see the reason for the extra charge your vehicle holds six quarts of oil instead of five so that was the reason why it is higher. I paid the bill and left but I felt very uncomfortable as I left the dealership because I did not feel like I was being unreasonable asking about the extra charge nor was I excited.

Everyone I dealt with at Nalley was wonderful, Great Customer service, friendly and very attentive. the replacement of parts on my vehicle was very fast. very impressed.

Excellent service, helpful personnel

Buying this car was by far the best car-purchasing experience I have ever had. Ashley, Freddie, and Mike were very professional, helpful, and patient. They answered all my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. Should the need arise, I will definitely buy another car from Nalley.

Lackluster finish

Greeter was pleasant and efficient. She called to tell us what needed to be done and gave us a quote. She called when it was ready. The only negative was when we came in to pay and pick it up. After I paid I was handed the keys and the woman started to walk away. I had to ask where the car was. She waved her arm and said..Out back. You can walk through there. Kind of disappointing after everyone else had been so helpful. It was as if she didn't care..we'd paid and she was done. I found the car all right but I guess I'm used to someone bringing the car out not walking through the service center, out back and looking for it.
