What a dealership!!
Just leased my fourth Infiniti from Infiniti of Tucson. As usual the service I received was excellent. The new facility is the nicest dealership in Tucson. I would strongly recommend giving Infiniti a try.

Great Customer Service!
My husband and I had a great experience buying our car from here! Max Corella was great to work with and was very understanding of our families needs. Everyone was welcoming and pleasant. The best experience we have ever had with any of our car purchases. Will highly recommend to family and friends. We love our car!

Customer Service Need Improvement
I test drove a Infiniti EX with John, but no deposit on vehicle due to trade-in quote & size of EX. John,e-mail at 11:30am the next day to encourage me to take a second look. I called John at 4:45pm to check on his schedule For that second look, but John informed me at that time the vehicle had been sold. I know dealership don't hold vehicles without a deposit, but a courtesy call would have been the Polite to do. " WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SERVICE"

They help maintain bad reputations of car dealers.
Found the used car I wanted at their lot. The deposit I gave them to hold the car in their mind sealed the deal. They did as little as possible to make me feel good about this buying experience. They had my deposit and they were going to keep it. Each request I made was met with a no. They didn't bend on ANYTHING. I gave them the 3-4 hrs they requested to prep the car. The carpets were still soaking wet when I picked up the car and it was over 100* outside. A 1/2-hr in the sun would've dried them out. I paid cash for the car but they wouldn't sell it unless I filled out their credit application. They said the credit app was required now after 9/11 and was to help identify money laundering, etc. (What a crock, check it out on the internet, it's a scam.) I gave them proof of insurance but they still needed a copy of my driver's license. They messed up the paperwork to transfer my old license plate to my new/used car. Now I have to spend my time standing in line at MVD to get that straightened out. Said they did some kind of 21-pt inspection however the windshield washer fluid was empty, the power steering resevoir was below the low level line, the engine collant resevoir was EMPTY, who knows what else they missed. They did do something right, they transferred the plate credit correctly (at least I think they did).

I am not allowed to go back.
I went to find out why my air bag light was on and paid $115 to have them plug in a computer and apparently that means just that. I got a car wash and that was it. My tire light came on while on my way home and found that they didn't check my tires at all. They were very under inflated. They also took paint off my bumper and and rear view mirrors and then told me they weren't responsible for any of it and that they would only give me an estimate. I then worked my way up to the general manager before they would take any responsibility. Then they tried to make me pay for half of the damage because there was some existing damage I told them I would pay for some but not half. They said fine we will eat the cost but you are never allowed to come back here again.

Good price not so good service
We bought a vehicle from this dealer while living in the Phoenix area. It was a 2008 Infiniti QX56 that was hard to find. While talking with the salesman, he was very proud of the vehicle and hard they were to find and how good of a price it was, etc. They quoted me a good price for my trade, sight unseen, so we decided to drive down and do the deal. I was underwhelmed with the vehicle when we got arrived at the dealership. The level of detailing was not good, I could have done a better job in my driveway. The vehicle was definitely heavily used, but we decided to go ahead with the deal as it was the right configuration, etc. While righting the transaction, we were told that the vehicle had only one key and that they could not have got another one since it had to be programmed to the vehicle (could have been done when they got the vehicle). Now we have to shell out hunderds more for a second key. As we left, the salesman told us he woudl check with us in a few days to see how things were going and if we had any questions on the vehicle, as we did not have much time that day to go over things. Needless to say, we never heard from him again. Too bad, as we are currently looking for an Infiniti M35 and will not be returning to this dealership to purchase that one.

We are sorry this customer feels the way they do about our service. We never heard from this customer regarding any problems. We strive to provide the best customer service possible, but cannot make everyone happy as hard as we try.
