I found that autonation forward in Frisco was a friendly

I found that autonation forward in Frisco was a friendly not overbearing dealership. I went in there with an objective to acquire 2019 Ford Fusion hybrid and Bay took care of me the way I expected. there's no overbearing or powerful push for acquisition because I went there with an attitude to get what I wanted. The staff was courteous informative.

Great service, fast and friendly help at the counter. I especially liked that they offered to drive my truck back to my house when the service was complete. I have never had a dealer or garage offer this before, thank you.
