Jason did his best for a quick sale and went above and beyond by delivering my truck after the sale which was a huge convenience for me.

Phil made the whole process perfect. From start to finish it was hands down the best dealer experience I have had (and I buy a LOT of cars - new and used). Was easy to do all the paperwork via email or text, only had to go in to do the test drive and the actual signing. Might have been actually at the dealer 45 minutes total. Will definitely make them my first call in the future.

I have been looking for a dealership for years and years that preforms at every level from new and used cars sales, to service, to aftermarket offerings and continued support on your automobile and I finally came across Bill Utter Ford! I can not say enough good things about this dealership! I can comment of a lifetime of disappointments in other dealerships! From Chevy to others they always fail to meet quality standards in Customer Sales, Service, and Aftermarket offerings and Body Shop while Bill Utter meets and exceeds all expectations by far! And when I say by far I am talking about a forward looking Dealership the is not just concerned with a Sale but follows through with a lifetime commitment to customer service and support! I have a Ford Edge, 2013 model that I would not hesitate to take across country on an extended road trip and it has about 130,000 miles on it BUT it has always had the Ford Quality Care that is delivered by Bill Utter Ford to back it up! I was very pleased with Bill Utter. The young man met me at my vehicle and directed me to a very nice service advisor. He was very kind and knew exactly what I needed done since I had missed some maintenance due to Covid. In about an hour I was notified that my car was ready. I had Ford Pass points so it took a very short time to get my payment taken care of. Which was no payment was needed. Everyone was very cordial and helpful. I was very pleased with everyone that I came in contact with.

As always it was a great experience. These people always take care of you. Would not buy a truck and have it serviced anywhere else.

I came in for an oil change and Mike noticed my truck had a recall that was just issued. After they got through with the oil change they were able to take care of the recall issue saving me a extra trip. Great service.

Mike helped me in the service department. He was awesome! Polite, attentive and eager to help. He walked me through a plan for my car and now I know what needs to be done and in what order.

I really like our rep, Mike, he always answered my calls or got back to me in minutes. Great service, great results. Location was excellent, right across the street from us in Oakmont so that made the process much easier.
