This dealership has been in business since 1956 and I played little league baseball in 1962 for the Bill Utter team. So, I work for them now and own an F150, a fusion , and a focus . They give excellent service here and highly recommend them .

He was very professional & knowledgeable of the truck I purchased. He explained all the options & even set up the link between my mobile phone to the truck & radio channels. The financial part of the transaction with Kyle was short & sweet. All the warranty options were explained and no pressure to purchase. I did pick an extended warranty that fit my needs. Our experience with Dylan was excellent even though he shared the fact that he was relatively new in car sales at Bill Utter. He was accommodating when different cars were needed for us to inspect. He kept in contact with answers to our questions and when he would be available at the dealership. Late in the day he needed to leave for a doctor’s appointment just before we were able to get back in to finish up paperwork and he gave us a heads up. At that time, he turned us over to his partner, Patrick, who he assured us was a very knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Dylan was right. Patrick was another amazing salesman who went above and beyond. We were just as comfortable with Patrick finishing up what Dylan had started and it was seamless. It was evident they had full trust in each other to treat their customers as their own. When we were turned over to the Finance Manager, it was a continuation of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable information. Dylan also was very patient helping us set up some of the tech things that some 75 year olds have trouble dealing with. In summary - Dylan treated us like we were his grandparents and Patrick seemed like helpful, generous Uncle. Dylan handled the sales end of things like a seasoned salesperson.
