My family has an awesome experience buying an Expedition from Bill Utter Ford. The customer service from the entire and the communication was as good as we could have hoped. They worked well with us on pricing and were great to negotiate with on our trade in. Highly recommended dealership!

I set up an appointment 8am on Monday January 13th to run...

I set up an appointment 8am on Monday January 13th to run a diagnostic and then fix the issue. At 2:30pm I called and the service rep tells me that nothing has been done and things were so busy that he didn’t believe it would even get diagnosed. The issues were fixed by 4pm on Tuesday January 14th. My frustration was this, why do I need to make an appointment if my appointment doesn’t assure me the service on the day of my appointment? I was inconvenienced an additional day, because my car was just sitting at the service center 24 hours before being diagnosed.

Exceptional!

I've been having my vehicle(s) serviced at Bill Utter for years, those guys have always taken excellent care of me! Whether I need air in a tire, an oil change or a repair, they stand out from the crowd for sure.

Really like the dealership except for one of the car...

Really like the dealership except for one of the car salesman that want completely honest. I really sorry to have experienced this situation. I don’t know if I will be back.
