Debbie Sprayberry greeted me warmly when I entered the office. Bob Lynn scheduled my arrival when it favored me. He answered the phone every time I called, and had the car ready a few days earlier than I had expected. He was friendly and helpful. I recommend Bill Utter Ford Collision and Repair Service!

Call 2days ahead for 60k service and For a wash and...
Call 2days ahead for 60k service and For a wash and vacuum. Day of arrival had to ask again didn’t know who I was or that I’d called ahead. I watched him write it down. At PU no wash or vacuum. What else was forgotten that I can’t see??? They did call me to tell me what was going to be done and again when the service was done. That was very professional. The guy who took in my vehicle for service isn’t in the pictures below.

Broke parts on my truck and asked me to pay for them
I tried to change my own spark plugs. I realized it was going to be difficult when I couldn't do it and I actually damaged a clip when trying to do the work. I brought the truck to the dealership to avoid damaging anything else and have the work done by a trained professional. Then, the person that worked on my truck broke two parts and the representative from service told me I would have to pay for the parts that the trained professional broke.

Made an appointment via phone. Showed up a little early and they still took me in. Were not pushy when I explained to them that I will change out my own air and cabin filters. I'll be back.
