I purchased a new vehicle and had to bring it back for tire problems. Two of the 4 tires on the truck were bad and had to be replaced. I was told it would be one and one half hours. I arrived at 9 am. I didn’t leave the dealership until 4:30. They didn’t have the tires in stock and had to wait for a delivery and then the technician went to lunch and I didn’t see anyone getting in a hurry to do anything. I was not pleased about the amount of time I had spend there.

Best car buying experience I’ve had
I will be back to buy my next truck At Bill Utter Ford. I worked with David on the purchase of this truck. I had some unusual things I wanted on the truck and David looked all over the country for it. I am extremely happy with the value they gave me on my trade-in and on the price of the truck. It is exactly the truck I was looking for and I love it

Was hoping
I was hoping for a good experience. First let me say counter guy was good. The technician that preformed the works was a disappointment. First let me say he didn't turn paperwork in. The counter guy had to go find it after about 10 minutes of waiting. He said he rotated tires but I don't believe he did. He definitely didn't check the air in tires or reset sensors. One tire had 28 lbs of pressure when I checked dash. I questioned he used machine to check tires and reset. He then went and put air in one side didn't check other side. After he brought truck back a second time he walked away I checked tire pressure again and other side showed 32 lb of pressure. I had to call him back again to fix that side. With all that being said I was late for work and cost me even more money. If technician had done what he was supposed to I would have been on time to work with plenty time to spare. Hopefully my truck got everything else checked and toped off. Needless to say very disappointed in he performance from the dealership. I will think twice before returning

New car experience
My intentions were only to look at the vehicles and see if I like the Escape. After test driving the vehicle, I knew this is the one for me. The process was smooth and in a matter of hours, I was on my way with a new car!

New Truck Purchase
I visited another ford dealership recently and was not treated with the level of professionalism I felt we should have while buying a new vehicle. but that all changed when we got to Bill Utter Ford. Enabling trailer brake control module
Made an appointment with Eddie Church to enable the trailer brake control module I installed in my 2011 F-150. The work was completed quickly and correctly at the price I was quoted, while I waited. Thanks for great service as always!

Last tire rotation
When getting the wheel lock from the glove compartment, oil and dirt was left all on the passenger seat and glove compartment. I am still working to get it clean.
