Efficient service

Adam was a great sales manager. Not pushy, professional and respectful. Greeted me curbside even in the September heat. Mike was very efficient and streamlined with financing.

Incompetent Mechanics

I have taken up to multiple times my vehicle for Oil leak, transmission shifting gear issue, and exhaust fumes coming into cabin. It seems that diagnosing the problem takes multiple time to fix. However, the last exhaust fumes come into the cabin was not fixed due to factory warranty expiring (vehicle taken during warranty, but dealership could not find root-cause). After warranty experiencing a fix will be apply and I had to pay out of pocket. It's not my fault that incompetent technician are working that do not diagnose problem accordingly wasting customer time. Later when problem is found late after warranty expire dealer expects for customer to pay after playing hot potato and not being serious. In the end, customer has to pay their mediocre service. Enough said.

Thumbs up

Brought my car in for the works . Oil change , tire rotation etc. My car was ready within less than 3 hours , took a little extra time to be cleaned . Looked great when I picked it up.

Locating and reparing a faulty wheel hub

Carrie listens to the customer. She reviews the past service calls to zero in on the possible problem of the vehicle. Then she selects the right mechanic for the job and makes sure he/she is brought up to date regarding the service history. Carrie kept me informed regarding ordering parts, how long the job would take, etc. I would always ask for her by name.

Took way too long

I just needed a front license plate bracket installed and I waited 1:45. I had made an appt and requested to wait for my car. The service tech that was assigned my job didn’t know how to do it so it sat there for awhile until he found somebody to show him. I’m giving them 2 stars because they didn’t charge me the $20 it was supposed to cost.
