Bill Utter Ford

My wife has been complaining of a thumping sound under right side of vehicle when driving down the road. I recently broke my ankle so was unable to investigate. She could very easily put her hand under the car and move the loose part. The car (Ford Escape) was due for an oil change so my intent was to handle both, which I shared with the service advisor. She assured me both would be handled. When the car was ready for my pickup I again asked to check. When I got home she immediately checked and part was still loose. I took back to dealer and asked for a manager who had tech replace missing nut. Service advisor was noticeable upset with me and when I brought my pickup (Ford 150) in for a oil change she left for lunch and punished me by delaying to advise my my truck was done. Not the usual service I get at this dealership (which is only place I buy my vehicles.

Found a Subaru model I was looking for online. Went to several other places with no luck. The cars were either dirty and not up to my standard or overpriced. Bill Utter Ford had the model for the price I was looking for. The car was in the shape that was advertised and the process went smoothly.

Everything was done quickly. The sheet said the radiator fluid was checked and ok, but when i looked at it after the service it was below the min mark.

Our car was totaled in a 15 September accident and was towed to Bill Utter Ford. We met Debbie at the body shop who has the best personality and made a bad experience easy to cope with. She is a real asset to the business. Than we met Will at the used car lot and was so helpful in getting us into a car that I hope will give us the same dependability as our totaled 2008 Expedition with 170,000 miles, bought new and all it ever needed was new batteries and tires. We were driving a rental from Enterprise, and Will took care of returning it so we both could ride home in the 2018 Expedition that he sold to us. We have only had the 2018 for a week and the air conditioning already broke. Will got us into another 2018 Expedition and sent us home to wait till our car is repaired. The only reason we never wanted to get a different car was exactly because of this reason.........problems. We are sure Utter Ford will take care of us, but the inconvenience is really a bummer.and the fact that we live over an hour away.

We love Tom Corrigan. Genuinely friendly, no pressure, down to earth and even though we weren't buying a Ford vehicle, he had done some research on the Volvo we were interested in so he could explain some of the features, etc. Everyone we encountered was great. No noses scraping the ceiling at this dealership. We will definitely do business there again.

I am very pleased with the service, flexibility in providing a loaner vehicle, and having the work done a day early. Bonus, and it was washed!!

I have taken two different trucks there several times for service and it has always exceeded my expectations, including price. I will be going back.

Took my 2019 F450 in to get the oil changed. The service writer talked me into a tire rotation also. Oil change was done quickly. Tire rotation took 3 more hours and was not done correctly. I got the service manager involved. He asked that I bring it back the next day and it would be done correctly. I did and it was. They have a number of young guys that don't have the skills yet. Perhaps in a few months things will be running like clockwork. I hope so. Nice people there.
