Special Order

Utilized the Ford website to build my Ford F-150 Supercab. Visited Bill Utter Ford which is about 3 miles from my home. Convenient. They did not have a vehicle in inventory to match. Placed special order and was told vehicle would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Came in 2 days short of 6 weeks. Assistance was provided to install 2 accessories. Mike Rodriquez was primary contact.

Easiest Car-Buying Experience I have ever had!

This was not the first new car we have purchased, but it was the first Ford and was BY FAR the best experience we have ever had with buying a new (or used) car! Mike Rodriquez was very easy-going, very knowledgeable and would really listen to questions and concerns that we had. He took the time to explain everything from built-in features, to how to use the FordPass App and even minor details like making sure we knew to remove Sat\Nav antenna if going through a drive-through car wash! He did an amazing job and we are very happy with our experience. In addition, Mike Lewis (Finance) did an excellent job as well. He was very helpful explaining the finance documentation and we felt very relaxed going through the entire process. Mike also did a great job explaining some of the legal language\details to where we could easily understand it. I was amazed that I didn't feel pressured at all to add anything we didn't already want. I didn't think that I would ever say that buying a car could be "stress-free" but this really was a stress-free buying experience. I highly recommend Bill Utter Ford and their amazing employees to anyone considering buying a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Forgotten about for oil change

Came in for an oil change, my paper work got lost and I ended up waiting for over 3 hours for an oil change. They did however cover my tire rotation for the hassle, so still recommend them

Did all of my research about my purchase online. The only thing that remained for me to do was a visual and a test drive. Once that was done the rest of the process was painless.

Eddie Church in the service department was very helpful

Eddie Church in the service department helped me when Don Swift was unavailable. Eddie kept me informed of the status of my repairs and was very nice to work with. This was my first time to visit and use Bill Utter Ford and I will continue to use Bill Utter Ford in the future for any service needs. I also plan to buy a new trunk in the future and I plan to buy it from Bill Utter Ford.

Suggested repairs were ridiculously overpriced

I took my 2016 F 150 in for routine service and wanted the actuator that controls AC airflow is not working. Ford quoted $800 for the repair. Most online estimates were $300-400 to replace a $20 part

You made it easy, again

This is the second vehicle that we bought from Jason Robinson. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. If we buy another vehicle we will start at Bill Utter Ford.

Stop ripping people off

Look I’ve had such a ridiculous amount of problems with my ford since I’ve bought it. Doesn’t help that the dealership tries to rip people off. I know that my service guy was lying to me about things but what am I supposed to do?! You guys had my car and it wasn’t easy for me to go up there and prove him wrong. No way it should have cost the amount that it did and when I called to tell him not to do it, supposedly “they already started it” although it took almost a half a day from that point before I could come pick it up. Ford I’m tired of your company and deeply regret buying my car from you guys. My car is only 4 years old. So why in the xxxx have I had so many problems?! If you are going to sell lemons, at least provide cheap services for your cheaply made cars.

Greg is outstanding on following up with me and keeping in the loop when service is taking longer than expected. Pricing is high at times but overall would recommend Bill Utter's service department.
