Great customer service!

I had some issues with the vehicle I purchased and they did not hesitate to help me with finding out what is wrong with it. The same day I called to let them know my concern is the same day they let me go and drop it off so they can see what is going on.

Repeated great service

This is the 4th vehicle purchased from Bill Utter Ford in Denton. Larry is easy to work with and actually listens to what the buyer is looking for and attempting to accomplish. Definitely recommend anyone looking for a new/used auto go speak with this dealership.

Great Customer Service

Our experience at Bill Utter Ford was great. Our salesman, Juan answered all of our questions and took the time to go over all of the vehicles we looked at. He even grabbed us snacks and water! The finance team was great, they got us in and out. We were there a total of 2 hours, that includes looking at all the cars, filing out the paperwork and going over the details of our new Escape! Thank you Bill Utter Ford for such a great experience.

Excellent buying experience for my first truck.

We were looking for a used truck within a specific price range for me to use in California where I am to based for the next three and half years. My father had spent countless hours on line looking for just the right truck. He was responding to an ad on facebook marketplace and reached out to Phil only to discover that your dealership was in no way affiliated with the ad. Phil qualified us as to what we were looking for and called late in the day on the same day and told us of this truck. We had been to several dealerships covered over 300 miles that day and were completely astonished when we arrived at your dealership to meet Phil and see the truck. It's as though it was fate the truck was everything we were looking for and more. My father has purchased many vehicles in his life and has even purchased one from your dealership in years past. His comment to me was he should just buy the truck for himself and find me another of course that wasn't going to happen. We are all so very grateful to Phil for his excellent care and service through this process. We will be forever grateful to him for his help with this purchase. Cannot say enough about the truck it's GREAT.

Good Work, Incomplete Service

Flat tire to be fixed and an okkl change - having used winch and accessories to drop tire in Expedition and change out flat, winch and parts left in back end since tghey would need winch parts to put spare BACK under Expedition. Upon pickijng up vehicle, winch and parts left unasembled and spread in back. Incomplete Service. Otherwise usual brat service. Greg Hall EXCELLENT as always.

Don’t tell your customer it’s all his fault over and over

I’ve been a pretty good customer for 4 years. I won’t be back. I’m sure your customer service rep was having a bad day, I understand. Don’t want to get your agent in trouble. She has done good work for me in the past. But I don’t think you earn ongoing business by tell a customer all the things I did wrong to cause my problem.

Transmission Control Module Failure on Escort 2014

I would have given 5 stars, but when I walked in there were 6 people behind the counter doing their computer work and no one to check you in. Several of us were lost. One lady said, "So, who is here to help me?"

Renewed hope

The experience I had at Bill Utter ford was better than I expected. I expected the usual bantering back and forth, pushy salesman, and another bad experience. None of those occurred. Salesman Tom Carrington, and staff renewed my experience in making it pleasant. Thanks again!

Awesome experience!

My whole experience at Bill Utter was fantastic! I went in looking to buy a car a few months from now, but Jim was such an excellent help that I ended up walking out with my first car! Everyone we encountered was super helpful, not pushy at all, and very nice and personable. I would absolutely recommend coming here to get yourself a new car.
