Always great service

Since becoming a Ford owner several years ago (from a new purchase at Bill Utter), I have always had my vehicle serviced there. They are very accommodating, let you know about how long your service will take, and they are usually spot on with their estimate. I have never felt like they try to sell me more than I need.

1st checkup

The wait was an hour and a half for a standard checkup and when I got my car back I had to google how to reset the "oil life" as they failed to do this but since it was my first checkup, it was free. Excellent for a free service but had I paid for it, I would have been irked by this.

Everyone was very nice...

I really like Kim's low key no pressure approach. It is what brought me back. He's a good man. Denise was also very informative and helpful. Previously, we had discussed getting a wheelchair lift for my new Edge. This is my second time working them in as many years and would recommend them to anyone. Mike was great too, during our wrap-up.

Tough Times made easy

I had purchased a new truck just 2-3 weeks earlier and was hit head on by another driver. I needed this truck for a job the next week. The guys at BillUtter helped to get me into another truck ASAP.

2 1/2 hour for an oil change!

I was there 2 1/2 hours for an oil change! They lost my paperwork (really??). People coming and going and I had to wait for a long time. After 1 hr 45 minutes I became impatient and finally someone said my paperwork had been lost. Very frustrating with other people coming and going!

Great service even on my Toyota Tacoma

Yes, Bill Utter Ford perfumed the oil change on my Toyota Tacoma. Everyone took excellent care on me and my truck. Shane quickly greeted me like an old friend. Service was quick and they even cleaned my Tacoma before they finished!

Great Service

Service at Bill Utter Ford is outstanding. Since purchasing my first of 5 autos at this dealership, I have used the service department and have never been unimpressed. Technicians always take care of my concerns the first time and to my knowledge I have never had an issue they could not resolve. I used to take my new cars to a non-dealership service provider and was satisfied most of the time, but since I started using Bill Utter Ford, I have not had to take my Ford to any other location and will do my best not to.

Service good, time wait 5 hours -

I scheduled service appointment on line and next day my contact was prompt and friendly. During process I was contacted 3 times updating me and notified of one new issue. Staff was friendly, pricing was good, and only hiccup was it took 5 hours.
