No hassle easy going
I found the vehicle I wanted on the Bill Utter Ford website. Ran some numbers on my end. Called Bill Utter Ford and spoke with Quincy Alonzo. I told Quincy which vehicle I was interested in and told him what I could do as far as price/payment. After a couple of calls back and forth negotiating payment we came to an agreement. Quncy bent over backwards to get me what I wanted at the payment I wanted to be at and I appreciate that alot. It made the overall sales experience extremely satisfying. All I had to do was come in and sign all the paperwork. 1 hour total time spent at the dealer and no hassle purchasing. Quincy Alonzo is an All Star and has won a customer over for life.

60 years doing business together
From the time we moved to Denton as a family more than 60 years ago, and ever since--including now some 55 years ago--we have gotten our vehicles from Bill Utter. It started out just our family, and now is three families and two businesses. I trust the staff and we get great service and personal attention every time. Impressive!

Home Run!
I was really nervous about this service visit because my regular service person was on vacation. I have to say though, John Witt knocked it out of the park! He went above and beyond and really took care of me. I had a coolant leak and was also due for an oil change and a brake job. I spoke with John on the phone and pulled up on the drive 20 minutes later. He was waiting there for me, took me right in, kept me updated throughout the day and had me back on the road in a freshly washed car the very next morning. Not only was he professional, but he was also just plain NICE! An absolute pleasure to deal with!

Disappointed
Purchased a new Expedition in March which now has a clunk noise in the under carriage. Took almost 2 weeks to organize a loaner car (some sort of change occurring with how loaners are managed). Arrived for morning appointment - Friday, welcomed and processed quickly. I had to call Monday evening to get an update. Received a call back, my vehicle was ready and they could not replicate the noise. Returned the loaner, picked up my vehicle with a "call me if you hear the noise again and I'll have a technician ride with you". This now requires a separate trip to address the same issue. Would have preferred a call to let me know, nothing found and to organize a ride along.

A different, but great experience
I was very impressed with the service department at Bill Utter Ford. I was shocked when they called every afternoon to give me an update on my car. I had a very unusual problem with my horn honking Inadvertently. The first afternoon the service man in charge of my car, Johnny, called me and told me that they had driven my car and had experienced the same problem. They were able to detect the problem and fix it. I feared the worst and received the best. I knew it was an usual problem but they got to the bottom of it and fixed it completely

Slightly disappointed
The advisors are always friendly but I was somewhat disappointed the last two visits. #1 the last two visits I’ve waited for two hours before service was complete. And in that two hours, it takes at least 15 minutes for the paperwork to transfer from the tech to the cashier. My vehicle “sits” in the “completed” lane waiting on the documentation. Last visit was oil change and tire rotation. This visit it was tranny service, oil change and tire rotation. That being said, my second concern is I asked to have the tires balanced with the tire rotation. The balancing was not done. However I was given a coupon (good through July 15) for my inconvenience. I purchased this vehicle from this dealership in 2016. I have had it serviced here every time with the exception of twice, as I was out of town when I needed an oil change. I have 95k miles on this vehicle but given the wait times for a simple oil change and miscommunication between the advisor(s) and technicians, I am probably going elsewhere for service. If I ever buy another Ford, most likely it won’t be from this dealership. I don’t have the time or patience any longer. It’s been a pretty good ride with the exception of a few hiccups and expensive service, but I can get service at a closer dealership or elsewhere where it’s cheaper. This is a difficult decision as the people are so friendly. That said, I must seriously consider the change.

Service needed
I needed my headlights looked at and my 60k service completed. It turns out I needed an oil change as well. So I took the car in thinking I would be about an hour. Turns out there was an issue with my head lights that would take longer. So I was quickly put in a rental and sent on my way. Later that day I was notified that my car was ready. So what was supposed to take maybe a day or two was less than that. And because I bought the car from them, my first oil changed was free! And everyone I dealt with was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be taking my car back there for service. Thank You!
