Had oil changed. Tec found battery needed replacing. Great job.

Great Service

I have been a customer of Ernest McCarty Ford for twenty five years and have never been disappointed with their service. My most recent experience was having my two cars serviced. Each car was serviced in less than thirty minutes. Since this was the first service for each car, it was provided at no charge. Even when I have to pay for the service at Ernest McCarty, it costs less than the quick oil change companies. I also buy all of my tires from Ernest McCarty. Their selection of tires is great and their prices can't be beat.

Best used car buying experience

We had been searching for a used Ford Ranger for a while & had looked at many including some out of state & several hundred miles away. We always called first to ask about the condition of the vehicle etc. only to be constantly lied to, over & over again with typical bait & switch tactics. Most of the trucks we looked at were junk and not at all how they were represented on the phone. It was highly annoying to have driven such great distances for nothing. How refreshing & lucky we were then to find used car manager Freddie Roberson & salesman Dave Arnold at this dealership. I talked with Freddie at length the day before & he was most gracious in answering all my questions & walked around the truck in the rain, while talking to me on the phone describing every minor mark & scratch. We made arrangements to meet the next day to look at the truck but since we were driving over 200 miles to see it we were concerned someone else would buy it before we got there. Freddie said "it will not be sold until you've seen it". True to his word, he didn't & to our delight it was better than he described. The deal was agreed in a matter of minutes with no tricks or games but more importantly a few laughs & smiles & absolutely no pressure. What a bonus then to find a warranty was included (the truck was 10 years old) along with a full tank of gas & NO DOC FEE ! Unheard of when buying a used car these days. These two gents are a credit to the car industry & if only others would follow their lead, the used car industry could lose it's bad image. For us it was well worth the long drive & we will have no hesitation in recommending them or this dealership. We'll be back!

McCarty Ford has alwas taken care of me.

It took longer than we thought it would, and we had to drive there and home in the dark. Old people do not like driving in the dark. The car is wonderful. I was worried since it is finally paid for I thought it was falling apart. Now it drives like a brand new car, worth the $399. I had to pay. Thanks, My 2006 Fusion will make it another 5 years.
