This Dealership is always excellent.

This Dealership is always excellent. They take great care of you and provide superior service. They greet everyone with a smile when you come in the door. If you can’t wait around for your car to be serviced, they will provide you transportation, via Uber or a loaner vehicle. They keep you updated through email or text on the progress and status of your car from start to finish. I lived out of town for a while, but I’ve always waited. until I came back down this dealership to service my car. Also the free car wash is a plus as well as the promotional items that they offer from time to time. Mercedes-Benz of Augusta.is my opinion.

There were some issues that were very aggravating in the beginning but by the time we got to our sales person whose name was Rashida King he made things better and Cory the financial person was very accommodating We we’re very pleased with them and The guy who took us home May God bless all of them and we r grateful to God first and for them for our car pray that this car is not a mess like the last one we bought from u. I commend the team there, Corey Donahue and Dennis Gould,

I commend the team there, Corey Donahue and Dennis Gould, BUT ESPECIALLY EDWARD JUSTICE. This is our third Mercedes Benz; and as a dealership experience goes, Mr Justice truly made it the best experience. Additionally Mr Gould worked with me every step of the way to complete the transaction, he was extremely patience and professional. We have purchased cars across the USA and in Europe and Mr Justice is 15 on 1-10 scale!!!! When we check for items we thought we left, we found he had neatly stored every single one in the trunk!!!! Thank goodness for you guys. Not to end on a sad note, but to put it in perspective, within two hours of getting home, my bride received notice her older brother (by a year) had a massive heart attack and didn’t survive. Took my car in to get an oil change, and I got my car

Took my car in to get an oil change, and I got my car back in terrible condition. My car wouldn?t crank up plus my steering wheel clicking smh. Asked them about it and they kept telling me they only touch the oil and filters. LIES! Then they told me I can?t come back for service anymore wow! I hate Mercedes in Augusta ga.

Excelent service department!

Excelent service department! The service representatives are extremely knowledgeable friendly, professional, and helpful. The Service Manager Tyrone Price has been there for as long as I have used this dealership and he sets the standard that all should follow. I currently always try to book with Ryan Thompson as my Service Rep. He is excelent to work with. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional as well.

I took my car in for an oil change, my won’t crank up and

I took my car in for an oil change, my won’t crank up and plus my steering wheel clicking, and they want tell me what happened to my car. Worst service ever.
