Bob Moore Ford was great to work with.

Bob Moore Ford was great to work with. I was looking for a used F150 for my son. They allowed me to just test drive the vehicle I was interested in and not pressure me to buy it that moment. Jordan was helpful in answering my questions, understood exactly what I was looking for and respected my budget. Dave the Sales Manager worked with me and met me at my price point. When it came time to sign the papers the Mike the Business Manager showed me the "upsell" options but didn't push them and didn't use any high pressure sales techniques. They even threw in a 12mo service agreement as a bonus. Bob Moore Ford will be my first call the next time I'm looking for a new or used car. Thanks to the entire team from the front office to the folks who serviced the truck prior to picking it up. You made buying this truck a truly awesome experience.

Men of their word.

Surprise damages were found and covered by Bob Moore Ford and teams. From sales and service, techs and managers...all first class with at least a 5.Star rating. They are outstanding in their fields, and a blessing to have as neighbors and friends. Thank you for top notch service, repairs and knowledge.

Bob Moore Ford OKC

Ordered a 2022 F150 Platinum Powerboost. At the time I went into the dealership there wasn't any inventory to choose from so I talked to Dylan for quite a while about the xxxxxxand con's of ordering. Dylan and Ricky were great getting me through the process of getting exactly what I wanted in my new F150. Although the wait was very long due to supply chain issues with Ford, Dylan and Ricky stuck with me and gave me status updates on my order. It has been just over a year since I ordered the truck and have taken delivery. The entire process with Bob Moore Ford has been Great. I will continue to use them for sales and service. This was my second purchase from Bob Moore.

This was my second purchase from Bob Moore. James was helpful in providing the information we needed, the vehicles we wanted to see, and walking us through the process without any rush or pressure. Bob Moore is by far the best dealership to work with when buy Ford vehicles.

Great overall experience!

Great overall experience! James Chandler was knowledgeable about the Expedition and patiently answered all of my questions. Mike in finance made the paperwork process painless and Eric Phillips ensured my new to me car was shiny and had a full tank of gas before I left the lot. You guys have an excellent team and made the 2 hour drive worth it!!!

Ford recall issue

pleasant surprise that Ford sent their mobile service at no charge to fix a recall by Ford. Made it easy as I only have one vehicle. Ford service rep who fixed the recall notice, Brian, was courteous and fixed the vehicle faster than I thought it was going to take.
