I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received at Bob Moore from before ever making it on the lot to the moment I drove off in my new car. I was in the market for a brand new car, which would be my first ever car purchase. I had talked to an Alexandra Ingram on the phone and over text regarding the car that I was interested in. I let her know when I was on my way there and she had the car pulled off the lot and over to the side so I was able to immediately look at it and test drive it. Once we got to the lot, we were greeted by the kindest and most knowledgeable salesman. Shannon did such an amazing job at answering all of my questions regarding the car, and he was an amazing resource when it came to all of the features the car had. He let us test drive the car and made sure to share about all the features and teach me how to use them while driving it. He was extremely kind from the moment he shook our hands to the moment he handed over the keys and waved goodbye. I will obviously not be needing to go back to Bob Moore for quite some time; however, for all future car purchases, I will be going to Bob Moore. Without question their staff and service are unmatched. If you are in the market for a new car, go to Bob Moore. You will not regret it!!

I called and said I wanted to look at a pickup that met my needs. My salesman had the truck pulled up and fueled ready for a test drive when I got there. Negotiations were fast and friendly. Went to lunch while my new pickup was washed and topped off with gas. Salesman showed me new features of sync and I was on my way. This is my 4th F150 and is a great truck!

Dusty and the Bob Moore service team were outstanding to this traveler in need! I cannot express my gratitude enough for their care when I had to make an emergency stop at their service drive before completing our drive back to Texas. Dusty was thorough in his explanation of the issue and the resolution to the problem. He kept me informed throughout the entire process.
