Anthony Gibson did an excellent job helping me get the right new car at the right price. Did not have to play the salesman game with him. Polite and professional ? meeting the customer?s needs, without overselling. Will recommend and will buy again.

First I texted the phone given on the website and to my amazement I received a response back within 10 ten minutes from Nikki (Nichole Evans). She asked all my questions and set me up with a test driving the very next days. She did all of this on a Sunday. She told me who I would meet with and I received a call from him that morning making sure everything was going well and to ask if I had directions to Bob Moore in Moore. The salesmen was Anthony Gibson. He was a very nice young man and know a lot about the Explorer I was wanting. He help me understand all the options that the Explorer has. He didn't pressure me or my husband when it come down to purchasing the Explorer. He went over everything with us and even try to get us in to get the first windows and strap across the front window tinted. But due to it being a holiday, he was unable. We will recommend Bob Moore to our friends and family. GREAT JOB

I visited the website and found an amazingly well priced used car that fit my budget! I set a test drive and met Jacob! He was amazingly friendly and understanding. This was a no pressure sale! I explained what I wanted and the price range while also explaining my circumstances. Jacob was super easy and I also met Chas! They were very accomadating. I took the test deive and planned to come back later with the other descision maker in our house. They had the paperwork ready and the process took about an hour and a half. While Jacobed belayed my worries or fears. It is clear they work on commission, but even the finance guy was more concered with my budget and safety with the car in regards to the gap insurance and the warranty. They made it work by lowering my interest rate and loan term enough to keep my payments where I can afford it! I will use them again!

My husband and I went looking at the newer mustangs. Mack, our dealer, showed us all the ins and out of one we had our eye on. We loved it, but it wasn't "The one", so he showed us another, and not quite it either. I asked him a question about a totally different mustang (I knew I couldn't afford), he answered my question and I fell in LOVE with a "2017 Ruby Red Roush!!!" OMGoodness, he made our deal work, and made this beautiful muscle car affordable! Thank you so much "Mack" and the team at Bob Moore Ford!
