Buying my truck

Great experience buying my truck from Bob Moore ford, My experience with sales consultant Gebriel Tucker, and business manager Jerrel Buley , and Chaz Grady was great .They help me every step of the way finding the write truck for me. I love my truck! my 2016 ford F-150 Platinum.

Best car buying experience ever!

My husband and I went into Bob Moore honestly not expecting to buy. But we ended up driving away in a Ford Raptor! And it was because of the sales team and Jerrel from finance. We got treated like royalty and had the best time with these guys! Mac, Chaz and Philip were terrific! I never felt intimated or pressured. That was so reassuring. They answered every question I had and actually acted like they were happy to do it. The most comfortable I've ever been buying a vehicle hands down! And then getting to talk to Jerrel in finance was a wonderful experience too. All in all, we had a blast! And we will definitely purchase another vehicle from Bob Moore! Thanks guys for everything!

Excellent Visit

I got the blue one

Pulled into lot and was immediately greeted by Curtis. He was friendly and very helpful. He wrote down everything I wanted in my new explorer and then before I knew it they had located one. Jerrel in financing wasn't able to get an interest rate lower than my bank but he tried. He was a pleasure to work with. I really loved that at no point was I closed in a little room. This was my greatest fear and I wasn't looking forward to that. Everyone on staff were friendly. Thanks to all for a great experience and my new explorer.

Overall Good Experience

Overall we had a very good experience buying our used truck at Bob Moore Ford. All four of the people we worked with were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. My initial online negotiations with Chas Grady were cordial, and fruitful, as we came to an agreement on the price. Alexandra Ingram quickly followed up sending me the financing applications to fill out and return. She contacted me to let me know she had received everything she needed, and later texted me to let me know everything was good to go. I confirmed to her when we would arrive. While on the way we were contacted by Kermit Denton saying he would be working with us when we arrived. Kermit pulled the truck up front so it was was immediately available for us when we arrived. Kermit was very helpful. He will be following up with us to replace the broken seat back on the driver's side seat and to see about getting the second key and fob from the previous owner. We next met with Krystal who walked us through the financing process. Each person we worked with was friendly and attentive. The one major disappointment that we had was that we basically had to repeat everything that we had done online once we arrived at the dealer. I had thought that since we had agreed upon the price through our online negotiations , and that we had submitted all of the information needed for financing that our stay at the dealer would take 30 minutes or less. However it still took a couple of hours or more, almost as if we had done nothing beforehand. Kermit was not aware of the negotiated price. Luckily I brought a printed copy to provide. Similarly, Krystal was not aware of, and evidently did not have access to, all of the financing information which had been squared away online with Alexandra 2-3 hours earlier. We basically had to start the process over. The initial interest rate Krystal offered was over a full percentage point higher than what had been listed online. Luckily again I was able to provide a printed copy showing the interest rate. To Krystal's credit she was eventually able to get us an even better rate than what was discussed online. The friendliness and helpfulness of the four we worked with helped us overcome our frustration. However, I think the dealership owes them, and their customers, an improved, seamless linkage between the internet sales processes and the showroom sales processes.

Sales Experience

Having visited other Ford dealers in the area it was a pleasure dealing with Bob Moore Ford. The salesman, Kevin Erickson, actually knows his product very well which I can't say for the other dealers I visited. Both he and the sales managers were very professional and personable.
