Purchased 2013 Jetta

Justin Bowers was super nice and he wasn't pushy. He listened to what we wanted and the transaction was fairly quick for being at a car dealer. i would highly recommend? them and will definitely return to purchase another vehicle.

2017 Ford Explorer

Carlos was great at finding an Explorer that met most of the options I wished for. A few options were out of the price range I wanted to pay, but I am loving my Explorer Limited and ready to start "exploring the USA"!

PURCHASED A BRAND NEW TRUCK!

Bought a brand new truck at Bob Moore Ford and had the best experience. Bobby P and Jordan Baker were great! Very professional and down to earth. I would recommend them to anyone. Was in and out in a jiffy.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I am blown away with the experience I received at this dealership. The whole process was so smooth and the workers we dealt with, especially Kevin, Matt, & Colt were so friendly and made sure that we were pleased from the moment we arrived to when we left with our new vehicle. We drove from out of state to this dealership and would absolutely do it again to receive this type of service on a future buy. We would definitely recommend Bob Moore Ford.

Best experience buying a car ever!

They were friendly, not over bearing or over whelming like some places can be. The saleswoman, Cayla Passerman, was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was very fast too so we could get back to the rest of our day instead of spending our whole Saturday at the dealership.

Recent purchase of a used pick up.

I recently purchased a used f150. My sales rep Cayla Passerman was professional and down to earth. I greatly dislike car shopping mainly because of pushy car salesmen. This was not a pushy experience at all. Even tho I was buying used and not new. I was not pushed into a truck I did not want or need. Bob in finance handled the transaction between the dealership and my bank as if I were going through there finance department. This is the 2nd car I've bought from Bob Moore and the experience was better than the last time.

Drove from TX to Bob Moore Ford for my Focus RS!

I have been searching unsuccessfully for a fairly priced Ford Focus RS in Nitrious Blue with the RS2 and moonroof options in the DFW metroplex, seeing Westway Ford wanting 18K over sticker for the car when I saw Cars.com had a vehicle in the Bob Moore Ford inventory that matched what I was looking for. A quick call up to Salesman Justin Bowers got the ball rolling and I feel I got a great, easy buying experience for a car that dealers in DFW determined to make difficult. I would definitely consider another journey up to Bob Moore Ford again for a purchase.

I was in the market for a new truck purchase, I found exactly what I wanted online and called to verify it was available. Upon my arrival to the lot to see the vehicle in person, I was met by a young lady, Jordan Baker, who was as easy on the eyes as the truck I was looking for. I immediately thought that I would not be able to get the answers on vehicle specific questions from a young lady who was gonna sell me a truck on such a beautiful smile. Boy was I wrong. Ms. Baker was able to answer all my questions without having to look up any information about the vehicle, and proved she is a car expert with her answers. She was very polite, took her time to answers all my questions and sold me on buying the truck. I highly recommend you take the time to drive to Bob Moore Ford off SW 89th and I-35 and ask for Ms. Baker. Trust me you will know its her with that smile and approach that says she knows her stuff. Thank you Jordan and Bob Moore Ford for an easy and pleasant experience. I am in the market for another vehicle purchase already, and Ms. Baker will get my sale.
