I am blown away with the experience I received at this dealership. The whole process was so smooth and the workers we dealt with, especially Kevin, Matt, & Colt were so friendly and made sure that we were pleased from the moment we arrived to when we left with our new vehicle. We drove from out of state to this dealership and would absolutely do it again to receive this type of service on a future buy. We would definitely recommend Bob Moore Ford.

They were friendly, not over bearing or over whelming like some places can be. The saleswoman, Cayla Passerman, was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was very fast too so we could get back to the rest of our day instead of spending our whole Saturday at the dealership.

I recently purchased a used f150. My sales rep Cayla Passerman was professional and down to earth. I greatly dislike car shopping mainly because of pushy car salesmen. This was not a pushy experience at all. Even tho I was buying used and not new. I was not pushed into a truck I did not want or need. Bob in finance handled the transaction between the dealership and my bank as if I were going through there finance department. This is the 2nd car I've bought from Bob Moore and the experience was better than the last time.

I have been searching unsuccessfully for a fairly priced Ford Focus RS in Nitrious Blue with the RS2 and moonroof options in the DFW metroplex, seeing Westway Ford wanting 18K over sticker for the car when I saw Cars.com had a vehicle in the Bob Moore Ford inventory that matched what I was looking for. A quick call up to Salesman Justin Bowers got the ball rolling and I feel I got a great, easy buying experience for a car that dealers in DFW determined to make difficult. I would definitely consider another journey up to Bob Moore Ford again for a purchase.

I was in the market for a new truck purchase, I found exactly what I wanted online and called to verify it was available. Upon my arrival to the lot to see the vehicle in person, I was met by a young lady, Jordan Baker, who was as easy on the eyes as the truck I was looking for. I immediately thought that I would not be able to get the answers on vehicle specific questions from a young lady who was gonna sell me a truck on such a beautiful smile. Boy was I wrong. Ms. Baker was able to answer all my questions without having to look up any information about the vehicle, and proved she is a car expert with her answers. She was very polite, took her time to answers all my questions and sold me on buying the truck. I highly recommend you take the time to drive to Bob Moore Ford off SW 89th and I-35 and ask for Ms. Baker. Trust me you will know its her with that smile and approach that says she knows her stuff. Thank you Jordan and Bob Moore Ford for an easy and pleasant experience. I am in the market for another vehicle purchase already, and Ms. Baker will get my sale.

We were looking for a good truck to pull the new fifth wheel we had just purchased, and had stopped at several dealerships and used car lots to get the best deal possible. The thing that I liked most about this dealership was the approach the salesman had in finding a vehicle that worked best for us. We worked with Justin Bowers, he did an excellent job; as opposed to other dealership we had stopped at were mostly letting us roam to find what we liked best, he found the best vehicles in our price range, with the best features we had identified, and explained why he felt the vehicle would be best for our purposes. The only issue in the buying process was the monthly payment was over what we had wanted, but Krystal in finance was able to get us the best payment closer to what we were hoping for. I would highly recommend this dealer, as well as the employees we worked with to my friends, and coworkers.

We got lucky enough to have Greg Huff as our sales rep. He was informative, didn't hide anything from us. Very upfront on price, discounts, etc. Sought to understand what we were looking for and gave us exactly what we needed. The process was smooth and we got the car we wanted. Thank you Greg!

Jack Howard was our salesman at Bob Moore Ford and he is the absolute best! We went to him with a very special Mustang request for our daughter (her dream car for over 13 years). He was patient, attentive, and so knowledgeable. He found exactly what she was looking for (even when it meant not just going with something easy which was already on the lot). He talked with my husband/daughter on the phone many, many times until we found the right car at the right price. He came through with everything he promised and made sure that everything was right (before, during and after the sale). My daughter found a glitch with a newly installed rear sensor and instead of making us set an appt and drive back 40mi on a return trip, Jack and his team got it all fixed while we were there. We were so impressed with Jack (and the dealership) that we went back the next day and bought a new 2016 Explorer. He answered all of my husbands questions and worked with him on getting the best deal on his trade-in, as well as worked extensively with him on getting everything programmed, as well as us trained, before we left. We were also impressed with our finance person and the people who helped with the final tweaks getting the upgraded floor mats and other add-ons. We have traded with several other dealerships in the OKC metro area over the past 20 years. We would have told you that most of them were just fine and we had no major problems. That being said, our awesome experience at Bob Moore Ford was definitely worth the drive and this will be our first stop and final stop in the future. We feel that we have found the best place dealership and definitely the best salesman in Jack Howard at Bob Moore.
