Bob Moore Ford

Bought three vehicles from Bob Moore the month of July. It was a great experience for my two nephews, they are new to the car buying game. Our salesman was Carlos Lopez and he was great to work with. We went to several dealerships looking for vehicles and good prices. There is an obvious reason I purchased all three vehicles from Bob Moore, they have the right vehicles, the right price and the right people. Thanks Carlos.

Living in Ft. Worth I made phone contact with Bob Moore Ford before travelling to Oklahoma City. Steven and Curtis were both very helpful and friendly in our conversations and verified the vehicle I was interested in was available. Cayla called me from the dealer and said she would be my salesperson. She handled showing me the car including going for a test drive. She also prepared the paperwork and sent me to financing where Chris worked diligently to get the best rates on the loan. A fine pressure free buying experience with four friendly, warm and appreciative employees. I understand how Bob Moore Ford is one of the top five Roush dealers in the country after buying from them.

Jackie and Bob are extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile to service the customer. They both made the car buying experience friendly and they exemplify a no pressure approach. Unlike most dealers, they did not try to pressure me into buying something I did not want or could not afford. It was their goal to take care of me and let me get on the road in a high quality vehicle. The entire purchasing experience took less than an hour and they had me on the road in a car I love. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from Bob Moore. The 2nd experience as great as the 1st. This dealership is no fluke. They are honest and upright! Go by and talk to Jack Howard! You will not find a more honest and caring salesperson in the business. Bob is awesome too...taking the time to explain paperwork and delivering a no hassle approach. Thank you to both gentlemen! Owned a carr lees than 2 months and it has been in with the same problem 6 times now. Then they lied saying they where going to swap only to call me and say they fixed it again. BS

I took my new roush to get the oil changed, and they wrecked it pulling out of the service bay. Failed to rectify the issue. They neglected the situation. Be cautious when buying from this dealer. Sales men are good but follow on service is not!!

Can't say how bad an experience I've had at your dealership We are now waiting on the 4th YES the 4th temporary tag for a Roush we bought in April!!!! Financing has been a night mare

Worked with a Mr. Justin Morgan to purchase a '11 Ford Flex I found online. He was pleasant and easy to relate to. After thinking about my options over a long weekend, I returned with a decision to proceed with the purchase. The financial people were a bit slow getting to us but overall we had a good experience.

HI I live in Chicago , and I was looking to buy a Roush mustang I found the exact one in Oklahoma city at BOB Moore ford I contacted the dealership I was put in touch with JACK HOWARD HE was respectful and a great sales rep , got me the car I wanted and even added a few extra things for me. sales manager Colt Johnson was very professional and helpful I am a very picky buyer as all people buying a car should be. these guys did an awesome job working with me on everything from the price to the decals on the car . I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or a used ford .
