Bad overall
Owned a carr lees than 2 months and it has been in with the same problem 6 times now. Then they lied saying they where going to swap only to call me and say they fixed it again. BS

Wreck after service
I took my new roush to get the oil changed, and they wrecked it pulling out of the service bay. Failed to rectify the issue. They neglected the situation. Be cautious when buying from this dealer. Sales men are good but follow on service is not!!

Horrible services
Can't say how bad an experience I've had at your dealership We are now waiting on the 4th YES the 4th temporary tag for a Roush we bought in April!!!! Financing has been a night mare

2015 roush mustang
HI I live in Chicago , and I was looking to buy a Roush mustang I found the exact one in Oklahoma city at BOB Moore ford I contacted the dealership I was put in touch with JACK HOWARD HE was respectful and a great sales rep , got me the car I wanted and even added a few extra things for me. sales manager Colt Johnson was very professional and helpful I am a very picky buyer as all people buying a car should be. these guys did an awesome job working with me on everything from the price to the decals on the car . I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or a used ford .

Ford flex ftw!
Worked with a Mr. Justin Morgan to purchase a '11 Ford Flex I found online. He was pleasant and easy to relate to. After thinking about my options over a long weekend, I returned with a decision to proceed with the purchase. The financial people were a bit slow getting to us but overall we had a good experience.

Justin pickle
Absolutely the best car buying experience. Justin my car salesman was great and we loved the cowboy boots. Happy to see they allow this and hope they keep allowing it in there dress code, for it was the first ice breaker for us. To be honest I wear them everyday of the week and like to deal with people who still understand Oklahoma ways.

I'm a hard sell. I admit it. I was NOT going to buy a brand new vehicle. I wanted a nice, used Expedition. I had been shopping for 6 months before walking through the doors at Bob Moore Ford. He is a family man that is not only invested in his customers but also in his community. He LOVES his job and it shows from start to finish. If you are reading this at the BEGINNING of your vehicle search.....let me save you a great deal of sweat and tears..... Call Jack Howard at 1.618.447.7385 Also, this is my third Ford Expedition. I owned a 2005, a 2007 and now a 2016. I totaled my 2005 in a I-35, three-vehicle accident where mine was caught in the middle. I had my baby in her car seat in the second row and my 4-year old was buckled in the third row. We survived without a single scratch. Thus, you are MORE SAFE in this vehicle than most vehicles on the road. My 2007 has 188,000 miles on it and I can not bring myself to sell it. I bought it with 20,000 miles on it. I have changed the brakes and spark plugs twice along with regular maintenance and it still drives like a dream. I did not think Ford could improve this SUV until I drove the 2016 Limited Expedition. One test drive is really all it took.....of course, I had Jack Howard to help answer ALL my questions. :-) Blessings on your journey!
