Justin pickle

Absolutely the best car buying experience. Justin my car salesman was great and we loved the cowboy boots. Happy to see they allow this and hope they keep allowing it in there dress code, for it was the first ice breaker for us. To be honest I wear them everyday of the week and like to deal with people who still understand Oklahoma ways.

Jack Howard 1.618.447.7385 Sold on HIM and our SUV

I'm a hard sell. I admit it. I was NOT going to buy a brand new vehicle. I wanted a nice, used Expedition. I had been shopping for 6 months before walking through the doors at Bob Moore Ford. Jack Howard is the FIRST person in sales to TRULY LISTEN to what I was wanting. When Jack talks to you, you have his FULL ATTENTION. He is a family man that is not only invested in his customers but also in his community. He LOVES his job and it shows from start to finish. If you are reading this at the BEGINNING of your vehicle search.....let me save you a great deal of sweat and tears..... Call Jack Howard at 1.618.447.7385 Also, this is my third Ford Expedition. I owned a 2005, a 2007 and now a 2016. I totaled my 2005 in a I-35, three-vehicle accident where mine was caught in the middle. I had my baby in her car seat in the second row and my 4-year old was buckled in the third row. We survived without a single scratch. Thus, you are MORE SAFE in this vehicle than most vehicles on the road. My 2007 has 188,000 miles on it and I can not bring myself to sell it. I bought it with 20,000 miles on it. I have changed the brakes and spark plugs twice along with regular maintenance and it still drives like a dream. I did not think Ford could improve this SUV until I drove the 2016 Limited Expedition. One test drive is really all it took.....of course, I had Jack Howard to help answer ALL my questions. :-) Blessings on your journey!

Got me a rig!

Purchased from Jack Howard. He was not pushy, overselling the truck, or tried to hurry me up when I was going over the vehicle, which is exactly what I wanted. He answered all my questions and made the whole process really easy. If you're looking or trying to get in contact with some one, ask for Jack.

Great Buying Experience

This is the 4th car I have bought from Bob Moore Ford. I had Justin Bowers as my salesman this time to buy a car for my wife. He had the car ready and waiting for me as I had to do this deal over my lunch break. Finance was quick and relatively painless. I worked with Krystal Marazzi to finalize my paperwork. She didnt push me into buying anything I was not interested in. She helped me get the best warranties and coverage as we were buying used. I had a slight issue with the sync buttons on the steering wheel and service fixed it for me, no problem.

The Best in Oklahoma

I was in the market for a new truck and like any other person, I did my research and shopping around. When I came to Bob Moore Ford, I was politely greeted and attended. I quickly found it to be a pleasant shopping environment with the best prices of any dealer. Every question that I had was answered, and my sells man Jack Howard, took his time to show me every truck that I wanted to see. Purchased a new F150 XLT

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The process was by far one of the easiest processes I have gone through in buyu5a car. Jordan Baker and the finance gentleman were great and friendly. They presented themselves as genuine and caring. They made you feel important and explained everything and ensured your questions were answered. Definitely will recommend Bob Moore to my friends and family for buying anew automobile.

best service i have ever recieved from a car deale

I came in wanting a new vehicle not knowing exactly what i wanted. The salesman worked with me for several days untill i got into what i wanted. The entire time he had a positive attitude and helped me in every way. After finding what i wanted they did not have it in stock. He searched for a couple of days and found the car i wanted. When they got my car to the dealership they called me and had my paperwork ready. All i had to do was sign and drive.

Lousy experience

Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Salesmen not following up on car deal, not returning calls or text or emails. had some custom work done on truck and I had to do all leg work with shop to know what was going on and time frame of completion. Truck was not done when they said it would be so had to have it finished elsewhere. They tried to bribe me with a oil change for a good survey and was not happy when I gave honest survey.
