Dylan and everyone with Bob Moore Ford was curious and helpful with everything in even trying to find the perfect fit for me when they didn’t have it in their own stock. They worked well with me in finding the truck I wanted at a reasonable rate and were fair with my trade. This is my second vehicle with Bob Moore and I will return in the future. Only negative I would say would be in how long the process took even after I said I needed to be heading out but I think this is just part of it when purchasing a new vehicle.

Never follow through
So I have called 3 times in the last 2 months to get my vehicle serviced. On the explorer there is an issue that the steering locks up and won't function. So I called just over 2 months ago to get put on the loaner list while I get it serviced. Service writer said 3-4 weeks he will call me. So I wait and nothing. I call on 4th week and he said loaners are out for probably 4-5 weeks. Of course says you are on the list I will call you. So 4 weeks go by. I call and guess what its gonna be about 4 weeks. Sadly this has happened in the past on a different occasion with a previous service writer. All I want is recall work done. Thats all.
