I bought a new ford explorer for my wife at this dealership about 18 months ago. They were very nice when I bought the car. When it started having problems it was a different story. The car still has problems and I'm still waiting on a call back from the dealership. It has been about a month since the last person I talked to told me they would call me back later that day. I have asked this dealership to buy back this car from me so that I could buy another brand new one from them, you would think they would jump all over that with car sales being down because of the economy and all. Maybe someone from another dealership will see this and offer to help me trade this piece in and buy another brand new one. Update: I am happy to write as of this moment that I was contacted by Jason (GM) at Bob Moore Ford. He has been working hard with ford and the dealership to make things right with the issues I was having. So far we have managed to find another explorer and it should be at the dealership any day now. Just some paperwork to get through and I should be once again a happy ford owner. Jason has worked really hard to make sure that my wife and I are happy with everything that has been done since I originally posted this and has taken steps to make sure all his customers will be taken care of in all departments of this dealership. I am happy to report i will continue to do buisness here as well as refer my friends and family here. I will update my entire review when this is all complete. Thanks

This is my second vehicle purchased through Bob Moore...
This is my second vehicle purchased through Bob Moore Ford and I must say the second time around was even better than my first. Krystal made all of the difference in the world and went out of here way to make sure the vehicle I purchased met my needs and budget. Not only that, but she made sure the trade-in value I received was more than fair. Service after the sale has been excellent and I will definitely return to Bob Moore Ford in the future for my vehicle needs. Thank you!

Bought a brand new vehicle, a week later check engine...
Bought a brand new vehicle, a week later check engine light and navigation system was not working, took it in to get it serviced and was "fixed". Two weeks later same problem again, took it in and was recieved by very arrogant and rude techncians they did not offer much help. I had to make three diffrent trips and ended up not being able to fix my vehicle. I do NOT recommend the service department at ALL.

I had the best car shopping experience at Bob Moore Ford. Mostly due to a wonderful salesperson named Krystal Marazzi, she made my experience fun and took all of the stress out of the situation. All though I was unable to purchase a vehicle at that time I will be returning thanks to Krystal.

The only thing I wished they would have done and this has happened twice at a Bob Moore dealership with a purchase is give it a full tank of fuel. Other then that it was a great experience.
