These guys are the best.

If you are in need of a vehicle just ask for Phil he is the best. And the manager Jason will do everything he possible can to get you into the vehivle of your dreams. We have bought 6 vehicles in the past year at this dealership and couldnt have ask to have been treated any better. Love you guys....Jane Erickson

Excellent Experience

We've bought our first Ford Escape in 2012 and loved it. But, we loved the salesman John Tracey and the people at Bob Moore even more. Everyone is the best! We have recommended who also bought, and will continue to do so. Thank you.

I came in January for an oil change. I asked for...

I came in January for an oil change. I asked for "the works" package but was charged nearly double and was brushed off when I asked about it. I've been receiving phone calls and letters to come back for another oil change. I have called twice to be removed. I was finally connected to a live person today to be removed. I was told they could only block my number. Also, I wasn't asked why my experience was bad. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

They lie, they change prices and interest rates without...

They lie, they change prices and interest rates without explaining. They get mad if you want to leave and think about the deal. They made rude comments about us. Just a bad experience not once but twice!! Now today they are calling me to come back. WOW!!!

Believing that Ford is the best domestic manufacturer, and the fact that the company I work for does business with the Bob Moore Group and purchase most of our company vehicles from Keith Wall, it was only logical that my wife and I see Keith when we decided to purchase a new vehicle. We looked at foreign and domestic seven passenger vehicles over the course of several months, including other Ford stores, and spoke with Keith several times during our search. When Sandy decided on the Explorer, Keith helped us buy a car that suited our purposes exactly.

This is my second new Ford to buy from Bob Moore Ford in...

This is my second new Ford to buy from Bob Moore Ford in the past 4 months. I told them when I bought my daughter's Focus in April that I would be back when I was ready to buy a truck, and that is exactly what I did. Once again, they were the best. Their price was great and their handling of a new car purchase is the best I have ever had. The first time was not just a fluke. This time was every bit as enjoyable as the first. I will continue to by my Fords there and will definitely send my friends.

Dee followed up very well. Kavon was very friendly and helpful. All employees seemed to work very well together. The sales process was taken care of very quickly. The finance department was prepared and the paperwork was completed very quickly. This is what customers need. Their time is valuable! All in all the experience was very good. Over the years we have purchased several F-350's and when it is time to purchase another one, we will certainly give your dealership consideration. Thank you.

Matt did a great job of finding the F-150 my wife and I wanted. The whole process was pretty easy and low stress. Matt did a great job of giving us a quick overview of the SYNC system.

There was a mixup on the trade in given for my vehicle. ...

There was a mixup on the trade in given for my vehicle. The contract listed $400 less than what I was quoted for my car. I brought this up three days after the contract was signed and the sales manager stated he thought we agreed on the higher price. There was a check for the difference in the envelope I recieved with the title papers three days later. Honest, upstanding, outstanding customer care. Thank you. Kris
