The sales manager I worked with, Dennis, was fantastic; he was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I took an extraordinary long time to make my purchase, but Dennis was very patient with me, always trying his best to make sure I was getting the car I desired. Never pressuring me. Same with the dealership itself. Once I made the purchase, I was never pressured on anything, just offered opportunities to choose if I desired. Very professional and dignified. I can tell you, I have suffered at other dealerships when purchasing a new vehicle, but not here! Extremely courteous and friendly!

Phil and Doug worked very hard to get the car that I wanted, they had to do a lot of searching and even had to have the car brought in from another state. In the end, their hard work paid off and they came through for me. I am very happy with my new Mustang!

I was in the market for the truck that I purcahsed from Bob Moore Ford and had a good experience with the sales people at the the dealership. Tia Rivers is a very professional employee that help me make the purchase from Dennis Nelms. The only disappointment I experience was the installation of the mud flap I purchased from the shop. The technician that first insalled them must not have had any experience installing mud flaps. I really appreciated the hospitality at the dealership.

Phil handled every need we had. I will never buy a Ford from anyone but him again. When the truck I wanted wasnt on the lot they hunted it down and made the adjustments to make it exactly what I wanted. Overall friendliness in the dealership will make me come back. Phil in sales and Steve in financing were awesome. Thanks guys.

My wife and I decided very late one evening that we wanted to start looking for two new vehicles. We showed up at Bob Moore at 8:30pm expecting to only be able to get an idea of pricing. Phil and Doug were there and made us feel welcome without rushing us. They were patient with us the entire way and stayed past 11:00pm to ensure that we were taken care of. We ended up purchasing an F-150 and an Escape that evening. They made sure that we were in the vehicles that fit us best, and they have remembered us by name each time we have visited the dealership since. They have gone above and beyond to take care of us. They even picked up Lindsey's Escape from her work to take a scratch out of the paint. We will definitely buy from Bob Moore in the future, and we will tell friends and family about our great experience. Thank you, John Deinhardt

Best Ford Dealership I have bought from. I will always keep my business with Bob Moore Ford and I will refer anyone I know to this friendly staff. The managers were very fair and competitive with their prices and the salesmen were extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding the vehicles I was interested in. I bought my truck from them having no second thoughts about the experience.

I live 3 hours away from this dealership. And even though...
I live 3 hours away from this dealership. And even though there are many Ford dealerships between where I live and OKC I chose this one after some phone calls. I spoke with a salesman named Doug and he was courteous, informative,and there was never any pressure. Out of all the Ford dealerships I dealt with I felt Doug went over and beyond what most car salesman usually do. Bob Moore Ford also gave me the best deal compared to the other dealerships. We did the deal over the phone and when I got there he had the car fully gassed up and ready to go along with all the paper work ready. However I saw something else and changed my mind, and even after that he was still patient, informative and friendly and got everything done in a timely matter. It was one of the easiest car deals I've ever made. No stress!!! I will defantly go back to Bob Moore Ford for my next car purchase!

Vehicle purchased had not been detailed at time of...
Vehicle purchased had not been detailed at time of purchase, made appointment to return. Upon return the vehicle was rinsed off and returned to me. I commented that the vehicle was receive a full detail and that I had an appointment, I was told that the detailer was very busy and I would have to come back. (ended up washing/cleaning it myself) Second issue is that the vehicle had a vibration at about 70 MPH it needed the tires balanced, I returned the following day after purchase and informed the sales manager of the problem and he replied that he would get it in service as soon as he could and that he would cut me a deal and do it at cost. I replied that it should be included in the purchase, he replied that wasnt in the "deal". (I had it done elsewhere) Third, the heated seat in on the passenger side didnt work I brought it back to the dealer about two weeks later for this issue and the sales rep told me that he would charge me for ha as well because I waited too long to bring it back. sounded like an excuse, he wouldnt balance my tires the very next day. I dont think the time span had anything to do with it. I fixed it myself cost for a new heatig element from Ford online was $33.Fourth issue is that today I received a letter from the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority informing me that i had a fine to pay for a "toll viloation" committed in the vehicle I traded in (tracked me by the license plate) that was in the possesion of the dealer. Fifth issue, I purchased the vehicle on Nov.12 and as of today Dec. 14 i have not received my title paperwork.

As we have discussed, I apologize that you were not given a full detail when you brought the truck back to the store. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to set up an appointment to detail the vehicle immediately. As far as the vibration issue and the heated seat, unfortunately we are compelled to follow the law and guidelines set forth by the motor vehicle commission that all vehicles are sold as-is with all existing faults. To do repairs after the fact on the pre-owned vehicle would imply or express a full warranty on the vehicle. The night that you looked at the vehicle a price was given to you and you chose to pass at that time. The next day you re-contacted the sales manager and negotiated a price more than $1,800.00 less with the understanding that you would purchase it as–is, which was in documentation paperwork that you signed at time of delivery. We also make available Vehicle Service contracts to our customers for a fee. At the time you finalized the paperwork, you also declined additional coverage and, as we never make it a condition of sale, that prerogative was yours. We do value you and your satisfaction with the vehicle and, though I do feel as if we have done everything legally and ethically possible to satisfy your concerns without violating the AS-IS issue with the motor vehicle commission, it is regretful that we have been unable to satisfy you with your concerns over the past few weeks. The option to re-detail the vehicle stands and I will do everything in my power to regain the trust we have obviously lost.
