I have been very happy with my service at Bob Moore Ford....

I have been very happy with my service at Bob Moore Ford. I was able to get my car in, get a ride to work and get my car back sane day both times. I do plan on using them from now on. Ryan Brosnan was my service advisor and he was great.

Ryan was awesome and Kyle assisted with getting me a last minute loaner vehicle. They fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. Awesome job thank you

I cannot say enough about the service department. They...

I cannot say enough about the service department. They are solid, honest and have always met and exceeded my expectations. I deal with Jeff and he is great. Always honest with me. My only complaint is Bob Moore went to some call center that makes your service appointments and it's terrible. I would rather talk to the guys in the service department not someone at a call center. Overall, highly recommend this place

Ford explorer

Shannon helped me purchase my 2017 Ford Explorer, he was extremely helpful! Navigated me through all the options the car has to offer and gave me his phone number Incase I had any questions about the car after driving home with it. Highly recommend him!

Very nice folks. Had an Appt at 1145. I arrived early but feel I wanted longer then I ever have at any other service dealer. Would give a 5 star if the wait was not so long.

Ryan took great care of my wife & I during our Service visit! Very attentive & informative from Initial Input, during, and on prep for Dealership departure. Scott Parrish also supported us during our Visit. Corey Finch Maint Tech reason for our return to dealership !!!

Shannon helped me through the process of buying my 2017 Ford Explorer- he was great! Helped me tremendously by getting close to the price I wanted for it, telling me all the car has to offer and showing me the features I didn’t even know were options! He is very friendly - highly recommend him!
