I travel a lot for work so I'm always going to different Ford dealerships for service. Jeff at Bob Moore Ford was able to fit me in for a last minute appointment the same day. Jeff was terrific … work done as desired, plus problems uncovered I didn't know I had. These were not just revenue churning mystery problems, but real safety issues. A special shout-out to the fellow who drove me home and came to pick me up a few days later. Nice gentleman, a credit to the brand. Hopefully Bob Moore has a program to recognize these folks.

We purchased a Ford Raptor from Ryan at Bob Moore Ford. Ryan was very professional throughout the buying process and very knowledgeable about the truck and different options available on the Raptor. We never felt pressured to purchase even when we told Ryan and Ricky that we weren't going to purchase on the first day after coming back from our test drive. The next day Ryan arranged for us to drive the truck and take it home so we could make sure it was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase.
