From the second we stepped on the lot, we were treated as family. I know there job is to sell cars, but Ricky and Michael went beyond the call of duty.

Great job. Josh and Chris put their heads together and came up with a solution! Chris arranged for loaner while they had truck, so they could take the time they needed to find and fix the problem.

Worked hard to alleviate my problem

Went above and beyond to insure all systems were go, even by comparing the action of a brand new vehicle to mine. I was complaining about my rear sensors not being sensitive as my 2007 expedition, it appears that if the vehicle is equipped with self parking these sensors are are utilized for close quarters detection. After all the checks Jeff had done I am happy.

Third Time Byer

This is the third vehicle purchased from this dealership, and three others purchased by family members. Both Kyle in sales and Chad in finance made it a good experience. Will be back.

Bob Moore was beyond helpful. I needed to have my escape...

Bob Moore was beyond helpful. I needed to have my escape taken in to have some work done on it and couldn't get it in to the dealership I bought it from. It died on the highway a couple of weeks ago and they took it in without an appointment and worked on it for me and even found some other issues and took care of those well. 10/10 will use again.

Trading up my truck

Matt greeted us at the lot and was very welcoming and helpful as soon as we arrived. He made the entire experience from showing us options to test drives all the way to making the final financial agreement very smooth and not stressful. He was very respectful and mindful of our time and was available at every step.

My Experience at Bob Moore Ford OKC FEB2020

Excellent service starting with Ryan McGee, who professionally led me thru the " trade in-buy new f150" process in a pleasant and painless manner. I also had the pleasure of meeting Chuck Gooch in management, who professionally and very politely assisted me in the negotiation process. If you are looking for a Ford product please at least go by and see these highly trained and qualified people. Quality work and timely service

I appreciate Ryan taking care of us and getting our vehicle serviced as quickly as possible. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was able to get our car's issues diagnosed within a day, and the car was ready to come back home within three days. He was upfront with us about the issues and gave us realistic timelines, which I appreciate. The service center was able to get our car's issues resolved, and it drives like new again. While we are pleased with the service center's performance in repairing the vehicle, the cost of Ford parts, especially to repair the steering gear on an 2013 Escape, are outrageous. It's disappointing to have to shell out a couple grand to fix the steering gear from normal wear and tear on this vehicle at 107k miles. As far as quality, professionalism, and timeliness, I am very pleased with Bob Moore Ford's service center. As far as cost, especially the parts, I am disappointed.

Dropped off truck and picked it up fixed 8-10 days later....

Dropped off truck and picked it up fixed 8-10 days later. Only thing that was some concern is we did not hear anything until truck was done unless we called to check status.
