Great buying experience
I was greeted on the showroom floor by a gentleman who appeared to be a service technician. He was very friendly and connected me with a salesman. The salesman was knowledgeable and showed me the two trucks I had found on the internet. It doesn’t take me long to decide to purchase a vehicle when I am ready so we started the process. As always the sales manager got involved. I was trading my truck for a new one. We weren’t even close with the first offer. But without pressure a friendly negotiation began. After learning about the rebates I did and did not qualify for, we agreed on a trade difference and price. I drove away in my new Ranger in less than two hours.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced

Fast courteous service

I like the works, were they almost everything
At the time the FordPass rewards were not working so I still don’t have my reward points but everything else was great. They have a nice waiting room.

I called Dusty for an appointment for an oil change, was able to get in right a way. I was told it would be a hour or more to wait and was out in about that time frame.

Good service no problem
I had a problem with a noise in my Mustang. It is still under warranty. The people in the service department took the car in found the problem and fixed it. They had a hard time finding the problem, but they worked on it untill they fixed it. And while they worked on, it I was provided with transportation. Everybody I dealt with was very helpful. Dusty was my service manager an he was always friendly and was, particularly helpful.

Getting routine maintenance
I know that when I go to this dealership, I'm getting what I paid for. I'm getting a thorough job by someone who knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. I know I can trust what he's telling me about my vehicle. I never feel like I'm being pressured into something unnecessary. The staff is always friendly and polite. I sometimes have to wait a long time but that's ok, it's worth the peace of mind in feeling secure about the safety of my car. Every time. Thank you, guys! You have all been wonderful! I would've written this review each time if I'd had the time and I hope that your bosses will give the credit for all the past visits.
