easy to arrange

made an appt for my problem. they arranged for ride home as repair would take a while. ride home with Mr. Rodrigues was pleasant. they called me to update about my repair . explained about the warranty service. came and picked me up when car done.

Satisfied

Courteous and professional staff. They take care of my car without trying to sell me unnecessary services. I am confident they are taking care of my car even though it is an older model. As a widow on a fixed income I depend on the service they provide. Thank you.

Reliable.

Jeff Gann has been advising my family and I’s vehicles for quite sometime. Regardless of management and/or season, Jeff is always consistent and reliable while keeping our best interest in mind from start to finish, and in-between. I personally rely on my veh. not only for transport, but also as a tool in my day to day work, and never have to worry while on or off the road knowing Mr. Gann is always a phone call away! A+

Amazing

Ryan is a great person to work with, easy going, fast and quick response times very nice, does great work! Car came back clean and no extra problems! Would recommend.

Recall

I took my vehicle in for a recall and to check low pressure tires. They got the vehicle in at appointed time. It did take a bit longer than stated but I am still satisfied with the visit.

Bad struts

New expedition bad struts, they gave me a loaner that I drove for about 2 1/2 weeks , finally new struts installed and I’m back on the road, they did a good job

Good service, just keep interior clean

Always good service, but I was surprised when I got my truck back and there was grease on the interior door handle and grease on my seat. Need to let the technicians know to keep their hands clean or put on gloves before they enter the cab.

Quick and good!

Very pleased and impressed with the attention and service speed. The twenty-five word requirement is your only downfall I am noticing. I said what I needed in the first sentence. Keep these things short or at least the ability to get to the point.
