Worst dealership EVER.
Worst dealership EVER. JUDA IS A IDIOT. Waited 1 & 1/2 hours to get the power steering fluid changed & after that time goes by he says it's electric power steering! Y'all can't just tell me that to begin with??? TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & $ was told the day b4 a oil change was 59.00 then was told it was 69.00 so they charged me 83.00 . We are very sorry we even purchased a 2024 Ram w/y'all recently. Y'ALL SUCK !!!!!

Out of state buyer, showed up to get the car and the
Out of state buyer, showed up to get the car and the windshield was broken. Saw pictures of the car and had the salesman send me a video of the car before agreeing to buy it, flew in to pick up the car and the windshield had somehow gotten broken and they didn't tell me until I arrived to pick the car up. One of the used car managers tried to tell me to turn it into my auto insurance and get a "free" windshield (so basically wanted me to commit insurance fraud) they then proceeded to tell me that they weren't sure if the windshield was broken or not when I agreed to purchase the car (it wasn't). All they wanted to do was give me $200 off the price of the car. New windshield and re-calibration is easily around $1000. We completely felt like they were hiding something and not being up front and honest.

Everybody I dealt with was very courteous and professional. They were easy to work with and made buying the truck I wanted a good experience, something I've not gotten from other dealerships that I've done business with. They were upfront about pricing and quickly got me an out the door price when I requested it. They also worked with me on pricing, payments and the down payment. The next time I'm looking to buy a truck I'll look at them first because of their helpfulness and prices. Thank you David Stanley Dodge!
