This was a wonderful car buying experience! The sales, management and finance staff were a true please to work with. They were careful to explain all the options available (car, finance etc…) to both my wife and myself. Additionally, they always acted in a professional manner when addressing our questions and concerns. Neither my wife nor I ever felt pressured (like some other dealerships) to make a purchase right then and there. Once again, I would like to thank Joanette Bauer, Gary Kruszynski, gentleman in finance (referred to him as the lawyer.

We absolutely thought the entire sales force was...

We absolutely thought the entire sales force was terrific. We were treated wonderfully and everyone went out of their way to help us and answer any questions that we had. Richard really worked hard at locating the exact car that we wished to buy. Gary, in the office, even went the extra mile to help me with my iPhone technology for my OnStar and Cadillac apps, as well as how to use my iTunes in the new car. Great experience and we would definitely recommend Bob Moore Cadillac to EVERYBODY! Thank you, Barbara & Gary Hayes

They worked very hard to get the car and payment we wanted. Will Dodd explained each car to us, was very helpful and had a great attitude from beginning to end. Eric Poston in finance was also friendly and very helpful. He worked hard to get us the best financing possible.

I gave a high rating because I felt like I was treated with respect. Salesperson asked what I was looking for and showed me a couple of options in the used category. Used inventory did not have the color I was looking for. He showed me a new car and I was SOLD!!!!! I've been eyeing the CTS for over a year. I love my new car!

I was impressed that you could tell they REALLY wanted your business! SERVICE after the sell was a big factor in making my decision as I believe they really will take care of any issue you have. The entire place was friendly & seemed to work well together. Great experience!

We found an extra clean car at an ok price. Will showed us through car fax that it was a one owner with all the service records. They came down in price to meet my budget and even foud me a cheaper interest rate to beat my banks. Very good service all they way through the process. We were more than satisfied.

The onstar setup was a disaster. We had to ship a car...

The onstar setup was a disaster. We had to ship a car from Bob Moore in OKC, OK to Colorado to get the car I wanted. I had to pay double shipping which I felt was uncalled for. Also, I just tried to clear up my onstar account since it was listed in some other guys name in Colorado. I just hung up from 50 minutes on the phone to create a new account # 0131976061. My Home phone is (405) 607- 4992. Jay Monroe 3016 Thorn Ridge Rd. OKC, OK 73120. I had a plastic piece fall off my battery already, but I like the car overall. Supposedly, we set up the on star on the dealer floor.

Richard was very knowledgeable and patient with us while we tried to decide between several different types of cars. Once we made the decision, it was a very smooth transition from sales to finance. We appreciated everyone's willingness to help.
