This was a very easy transaction...The 2011 Escalade was...

This was a very easy transaction...The 2011 Escalade was just what I was looking for to purchase for my son and Gary made it simple. He gave me a great price and the delivery was very smooth. From the sales staff to the cashier all went very nicely and I would recommend buying a car from Bob Moore Cadillac any time. I especially liked that the whole process only took about an hour from drive up to drive off. I have never had a new car experience go this fast and that is a bonus in my book. Thanks, Tammie Tway

I CAME TO BOB MOORE TO CHECK ON A USED CADILLAC. THIS IS THE THIRD CADILLAC I HAVE BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IN THE LAST 6 YEARS. I THOROUGHLY ENJOY THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE SALES TEAM AND THE FINANCE TEAM. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND CURRY TO MY FRIENDS.

Our experience was fabulous from the initial contact...

Our experience was fabulous from the initial contact through the Internet through the finance and everything in between! Jenny Chan was very nice and provided all the information she had regarding the vehicle we were interested in. Upon arrival to the dealership Ron provided the remainder of the info we needed. My mother is in a wheelchair and it is very difficult to take her places so we needed to see if she would fit in the car. Ron took us to my house , which is only 2 miles from the dealership and patiently waited while we got mom in and out of the car. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Sales associate was patient and not pushy as in many car lots. They answered all my questions and allowed me to reasonable decide for my self what I wanted. I made 6 visits looking at the same car before making the purchase, so I mean they were very patient.

My wife and I purchased a new Cadillac SRX from Bob Moore...

My wife and I purchased a new Cadillac SRX from Bob Moore Cadillac on April 1, 2011. I found the salesman (Richard Palmer & Gary K. ) very courteous and professional. It seemed like Richard could have written the owners manual for the vehicle, he knew that much about it. The sales experience was more pleasant than most others I've had. I would definately recomend these guys.

I dealt with both the Bob Moore Porsche and Cadillac...

I dealt with both the Bob Moore Porsche and Cadillac dealerships. Both were very friendly and easy to deal with. I purchased the car from the Cadillac dealership. Dee Murray was the Internet person I dealt with for both dealerships. She was very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the experience was that the salestaff did not know much about the car I purchased, a 2009 Porsche Boxster as they sell Cadillac. I would like to find out more about the car and would appreciate an appointment with one of the service reps from the Bob Moore Porsche dealership.

I have never purchased a car and felt so taken advantage...

I have never purchased a car and felt so taken advantage of. The car that was sold to me had damage that I had to take after purchasing to investigate a noise. They did as little as possible after I contacted them several times and would not return my calls. I will NOT recommend this dealership to anyone as I still have a 25k+ purchase that has things wrong with it. They DO NOT care about making things right or correcting the situation. Worst experience with a sales manager ever. Expensive lesson learned as they have not contacted me or made sure everything "was okay".

The whole process of purchasing a new car is usually a process I avoid if at all possible.Our experience here deserves an outstanding mark for service and professionalism.Every aspect of the purchase reflected the very best effort to find us the right purchase.We felt fairly treated at all times.From first contact to final briefing on car features post sale it was a great customer service experience.

I was looking for a new vehicle, actually test drove it in Michigan where i am from originally. But wanted to purchase it here in Oklahoma. I was never pressured by the sales person and they went out of there way to find the exact car that I wanted...
