I had a wonderful experience with Curry, Chad, Adam and Mike. They did not hassle me, They gave me the facts and worked with me to accomadate my circumstances. I am a woman that was making a major decision while my husband was out of town. They were all wonderful and I hope to recommend all of them in the future. Most enjoyable car purchase ever. Reggie, our salesman was very professional, knowledgeable, and not "pushy". Erick in finance was just as professional and knowledgeable, and made the financing "painless". Would recommend both of these men, and Bob Moore, to anyone.

This is our second Cadillac and it far exceeds the first, which I didn,t think was possible. The Cadillac is such a "High Quality Vehicle". My first one was a 2004 CTS, which was the most besutiful and enjoyable car I have ever owned. Not a week went buy, that someone didn't compiment it's looks (from a very young age, on up to seniors), or if they happened to own one, we shared of our wonderful experience. My husband bought a Nissan two years ago and I drove that one off and on. It was such a disappointment! We sold my CTS about 6 months ago (for top dollar I might ad), and I new the next one had to be a Cadillac! As for the Dealership, I must compliment every single one of the employees that we have dealt with over the years. Their friendliness, Expertise and kindness are unsurpassed, from the manager on down to the mechanics. Jonette Baur was very sweet, and the Financing Department was wonderful. The one that topped them all, is Richard Palmer. That man knows his Cadillacs, and you can tell that he has a sincere passion for them! I do not like shopping for cars, in fact I hate it! However, Richard did make this experience, the most informative, easy, and I must admit, enjoyable purchase I have ever made. Thanks Cadillac!!!! Carol Ann Longacre

I liked being able to handle so much of the deal over the internet and phone since I live 100 miles away from the dealership. Also, I thought they treated me fairly on the price of the new car as well as my trade in. I LOVE the new Cadillac. It's gorgeous and handles very well. I also really appreciate that I wasn't brow beaten into purchasing extended warranties and extras I do not need as I have been in the past with other dealerships. I refuse to go back to them when that happens!

When I went into the dealership it was to look and compare Cadillac, however, Richard did such a great job explaining not only the options that Cadillac offered “that we all look for”, awesome features. He also explained the safety qualities in the vehicle and how it is built and why it is built that way. I was a long time Honda driver because of the quality of the vehicle but, Richard Palmer definitely made me proud to now be a Cadillac owner. I am sure that I will be impressed with the quality of the car. The service from Richard Palmer and Bob Moore definitely impressed me. Thanks for such a great experience.

We were very pleased at everything we experienced. Ben is an excellent internet representative that I have conversed electronically with over a period of time. I found him to be friendly, personable, professional and flexible. He referred me to Ron Tener, sales representative. Ron was friendly and professional After looking at and driving two CRX's, our eye was caught by a used Buick Enclave with only 1800 miles. We discussed price and I made him an offer. This was a critical point. I have never liked the dealer routine of running a deal through the sales manager and milking customers for extra cash by someone you are not dealing with directly. If that had happened, we would have walked out. It did not. We were then referred to Eric Poston for paperwork and closing. He was the ultimate professional: respectful yet personal, sharp in product knowledge, fast, and service oriented. We felt we had made a new friend.

My wife and I went in to buy a new SRX. When we bought...

My wife and I went in to buy a new SRX. When we bought the SRX, everything went well and we got the price we wanted. However the next day we took a dealer emblem off the back noticed that the paint had a large chip in it down to the metal. I contacted Gary Kruszynski and he offered to have it repainted by Bob Moore's body shop. We agreed to that and thanked Gary for offering to make it right. After three repaints and one attempted touch up the vehicle looked worse than before and Gary agreed that it was unacceptable. I then requested a replacement vehicle and Gary agreed to let me look at the new 2012's that had just hit the lot. He then asked Richard Palmer who was our original salesman to go show me the 2012s that were in the back lot. At that time Richard and I got onto a golf cart and he began telling me he was stressed out and that I had messed up the original vehicle and that this situation was all my fault. I then asked Richard if he was calling me a liar and he stated that he was. I then asked Richard to stop the golf cart as I was done dealing with him. Richard then slammed on the golf cart which sent my head into the plexiglass windshield. Richard then proceeded to grab me and I pushed him off of me. I lost a contact during the struggle and then Richard proceeded to chase after me in the parking lot on foot until I told him I was calling the police and the Oklahoma City Police Department responded to the location. We do want to thank Diron Carter who was our service adviser for staying professional during the whole incident.

Good experience. Still took a little longer than I would...

Good experience. Still took a little longer than I would have liked for the car to be detailed. The driving/buying/financing only took about an hour and twenty minutes, but then it was almost two hours later before the care was ready to go.
