Salesman Will Dodd was very professional, courteous and friendly. Very knowledgable about the vehicle and respectful of my time. Mr. Dodd worked with me to get the deal I wanted. When I picked up the vehicle Mr. Dodd explained all features and vehicle options as well as setting up my OnStar, bluetooth and introducing my service technician to be should I need service. All benefits were explained cleary and concisely.

This is quotes from my letter to their GM: Mr Powell, I really want to commend Richard Palmer!  He patiently spent several weeks working with us on finding the right CTS-V and he and Chad Ashley were very professional and attentive.  Richard is extremely knowledgeable and covered every detail of the various features and the different options.  Chad patiently worked through price quotes on '11's versus '12's and the vehicles he had or could locate.  After much consideration we finally decided on the coupe with black diamond and lt titanium.  They found the perfect '12 in Houston and promptly worked out the details to get it quickly delivered.  They even stayed late last Saturday and we later found out that was the night of their Christmas party. We took delivery yesterday and the car is FANTASTIC!  And Richard did an excellent job on delivery going over the care of the vehicle. But the more important commendation is for today.  We were so impressed with RIchard that while waiting on the CTS-V to arrive from Houston we started talking to RIchard about a newer vehicle for my 88 year old Mom as a Christmas present.  She has had her 1988 Cadillac since it was 1 year old.  Richard found a great DTS for us and we surprised her today at the dealership with delivery.  She was very surprised and a little shocked and wasn't sure she wanted to give up her faithful '88 because it only has 103,000 miles on it and she knows all the buttons and controls and loves the bench seat.  Anyway, Richard was so very, very patient with her and respectful of her uncertainty about the newer car.  He was certainly a saint today and once she finally realized that the DTS was hers to drive home she finally began warming up and was so appreciative of Richard's patient explanation of the features, controls and the "fancy" seat. Thanks so much for having people like Richard.  We will definitely buy more cars from him in the future and your dealership should be proud to have him representing it and so should Cadillac.   Richard, Chad (and even Adam in finance) are outstanding to deal with and I wanted you and your senior management team to know that they are stars (and even though I buy & trade cars regularly - unlike my Mom- I have never been so impressed that I felt compelled to write a letter of commendation).  Thank you for having Richard as your sales representative!

KILLER service. Andrew, my sales associate, was respectful and honorable. We test drove a car that I picked out. Every vehicle I said I wasn't interested in, was dropped. While testing driving, we pulled over to help a lady who had broken down. We coordinated a tow truck for her and service at the dealership for her. Great service great experience. Hani in financing was personable, quick, and easy. Thanks a ton. Will gladly do business again.

The staff at Bob Moore Cadillac has been very friendly and helpful. Every effort was made to provide us with the car we wanted, even to the point of sending out of state to get it. There was none of the usual car selling pressure that you associate with most dealerships, which is why we came to this dealership. We had purchased cars here before and been pleased. The car that they got for us is beautiful and, so far, we have been extremely pleased with the performance of it. The cars are great and so are the people.
