Fixed Door handle

My inside door handles didn't match. One was chrome and the other was black. My dad went into the dealer and they came out to the car and replaced the black ones with the chrome one. No charge.... no appointment. Quick fix. Really impressed. Thank you!!!!

Randy is the best. Everyone was so helpfulhelpful.I was able to get my new Mustang and they gave me a great deal on my trade. I have bought several cars from this dealership. :)

Great Customer Service

I contacted the service department to request hours of operation to receive a headlight bulb replaced. The persons were friendly and advised I could bring my 2006 Ford Fusion to the facility although time was pressing close to their departure. I was very pleased with the service provided and look forward to visiting in the future for other repairs need on my car and 2004 Ford Expedition

Great service

Dave Sinclair has always been my choice concerning a purchase and maintenance. Service has been excellent, although I have been dissapointed with Ford concerning the transmission problems of my 2013 Focus. My Service Advisor has indicated a concern and urged me to return for service if I am not satisfied with the repairs. He advised knowledge of the complaints surrounding my Focus, and was very helpful towards a solution. I will continue to be a customer of Dave Sinclair Ford.

great service

I drive out of my way past the closest Ford dealer to get to Dave Sinclair Ford. I switched 8 - 10 years ago and I have not had a bad service experience in all that time. One of my sons now takes his car there too.

GREAT SERVICE

I had made a appointment to have my Ford Escape serviced for a 7:00 am appointment and took the car in the night before at 5:00 pm and much to my surprise I received a call about an hour later and was informed my service was completed and could pick up my car. That is what I call GREAT SERVICE.

Great service

Dan Whittley did a great job advising me on what needed to be done to my 2010 Mustang and then keeoing me informed. I will definatly go back to Dave Sinclair for my service and ask for Dan to be my advisor.
