Very Happy with the Service dept.

I had an appointment that I was a half hour early for, and they took my car right away! Very friendly, but hardly surprised by that. As my car was serviced, there were a couple of things that needed replacing and everything was explained very well. I enjoyed working with Tom Bedbury, and his explanations were very clear. I always like working with people who don't talk down to me, simply because I'm a woman!! I have had that experience with other people in other service areas, away from this dealership! They don't hear from me again!! My 2011 Focus is the 7th vehicle from this dealership, and I STRONGLY recommend Dave Sinclair Ford to anyone!!! They have had my husband and myself as customers since 1986.

Service

My family bought our 2010 Ford F-150 in November 2010. The original transaction went smoothly. Jeff M. Was our sales representative who was courtous, patient and catered to our buying needs. We also bought the maintenance package due to convience. We have the truck serviced every 5000 miles. Every time we take the vehicle in, we have been pleased with the friendly staff. They have resolved any issues in a timely matter. We will buy from Dave Sinclair Ford again!

Best buying experience ever!

I just purchased a Ford Edge Limited from Dave Sinclair South County. My entire purchasing experience was impeccable! From my Sales Associate, to Finance Advisor, to Service Dept. were all just great. Mr. Dave Sinclair, Sr. would be so proud to see how this staff has continued on with his business style of integrity. This is my first Ford vehicle I have ever purchased as well. The Team at Dave Sinclair in South County gets my high recommendation.

horrible, worst experience from a dealship

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had from a dealship. Ive had to take three separate trips back to the dealership because of paperwork/registration errors by them. Sales or the service center never return calls, Multiple different people that I've delt with have promised a call back and they never do. Had my car in service for over a month. It seems like its problem after problem with these guys.

Great service

Great reliable service. Friendly helpful people. Purchasing my vehicle was a pleasant experience years ago as is any service needed. My F-150 Platinum is 4 years old and no problems to date. Great truck, great dealership.

Great Experience in buying a car.

I purchased a new car. I thought the whole experience was pleasant. From the car salesman (Mike with upside down name - sorry Mike forgot your last name).... to the financial person (Justin). I wanted a car starter added to my new vehicle and a nice lady near the coffee area (sorry I don't remember your name) came over and introduced herself and told me what the next steps will be to get that added - appointment.(appreciate I wasn't left wondering . . . love that). Also, an added note, we needed a bag to carry our stuff from the old car into the new car and they provided a shopping bag for us to put our stuff in . . . (went the extra mile . . . love that too). Didn't treat me like an "air-headed woman" . . . answered my questions and treated my parents (that were with me) with respect . . . (love that most of all). You have a good "family" crew there and I appreciated the wonderful service that was provided.

Dave Sinclair Ford

This is the second vehicle I bought from the Dave Sinclair dealership, the first in 1995. This experience was top notch. A fair price, an excellent vehicle, and my salesman (Kevin Sherlock) could not have done more to make me happy. Kevin left no stone unturned in seeking my complete satisfaction with the purchase process, and not the slightest amount of pressure to buy was used. I will definitely be returning within the year to buy my next vehicle, as that is my schedule time to replace an aging car. I only hope Kevin is still there, or at least someone has friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented as he is. Dave Sr. would be proud.

Did a superb job

Had Sinclair Ford do some warranty repairs on My 2012 F-250 Super Duty. The Service Department went the "Extra Mile" to address a noise problem I thought was coming from the instrument panel. Their efforts revealed the the noise was coming from an attachment point for the dash board, isolated the source and made the appropriate repair to my complete satisfaction. Service Advisor Don Kraus took the time to call me to report their progress before the job was completed. Every one there is helpful and courteous. It is obvious to me that they get great personal satisfaction from doing a great job. .
