2013 F150 - 20,000 mile chk. Cust. 293888
I received a reminder letter requesting that it was time for a 20,000 mile check of my 2013 F 150. I didn't call to make an appointment I was just in the area and dropped in Dave Sinclair Ford. They said they had time and would work me in. I told them about my brakes vibrating when stopping. Don Kraus made sure I knew what they were doing and seemed to check in with me about every 20 to 30 minutes which I really appreciate him giving me the updates while I waited. Thanks for making me feel good about my truck purchase from Dave Sinclair. Good job!

Great Service and Service Experience
Very good experience from start to finish. Every one was professional, personable and polite. My wait time was not excessive and the waiting area was fairly comfortable. Would definitely recommend Ford owners get their vehicles serviced here.

Expensive Oil Change
Our 2014 Focus just had its first oil change and Dave Sinclair Service charged 41 dollars for 5 quarts of oil and a oil filter (did not rotate the tires or anything else)

Great People, Great Service
We just made our 3rd purchase from Dave Sinclair Ford. My other family members buy from Dave Sinclair also. They are always friendly, easy to work with, meets our needs, doesn't try to sell us services we don't need or want and very down to earth. We love our Sales/ Finance guy Justin Fuller and Greg Brown was awesome at giving us what we wanted for the best price. We recommend them to anyone anytime!

Excellent service, as usual!
Have purchased or leased 34 cars from the Sinclair family since the 1980's (mostly at the Ford store, but 6 at the Buick store and a couple at the Lincoln store) and every transaction or service visit has been a pleasure! Just had an emission part issue that Matt Hackney of the service staff handled, and he took care of it in record time. Craig Mueller and Tom Bedberry are outstanding, too, and Bruce Naes has also been a big help! These guys know what they are doing! Joel Langenstein and Bob Spicer at the Ford Store and Jeff Christ at Buick are the sales guys to see, also!

Fantastic Service from start to finish
Denny was very professional. Didn't pressure me into anything and let me roam the lot without bothering me. He made my purphase one of the best I ever had. I purchased a F150 supercab FX4x4. The accessories staff was also very helpful in my adding a tonneou cover. cargobed extender and bug and window visors.
