Great service, great deal on a car we really like

Mr. Langenstein found us the perfect car right away and we were able to take it home with us. Couldn't ask for a better result. I do not going to dealers but he made us feel like family. We really like our car and it was very affordable.

Great service

The staff is friendly. My cars needs are always taken care of and they have excellent machanics. The waiting room has been recently updated and is very comfortable.

Great Service Dept.

They found the problem and had me out by the time I needed to be leaving for work. They found the problem in the tire.

Great Service

The service advisor that took care of me Matt Hackney was very informative on what was going to be done to my vechicle and explained everything that needed to be replaced and why.

Initial purchase was great. Downhill after.

I would like to start off by saying the sales person (Doug Cotton) who initially helped me was fantastic. He made a terrible process (buying a car) a very easy and comfortable one. The trouble comes in after I had to start communicating with Jeff Thurman, a different sales person. Jeff is probably the least thorough person I have ever had to deal with. I will give an example: The car that was purchased for my wife had a few touch up spots that needed some repair. I figured with a little touch up paint I would take care of them myself. I contacted Jeff and he indicated he would take care of getting me some paint. After a second email request he told me the parts department had the paint and it was waiting to be picked up at "my convenience". My wife went to pick up the paint from the parts department and would you believe it was not there nor had anyone ever spoken to Jeff. Now we will have to make another trip to pick up something that was supposed to be there to pick up at our convenience. I will also give a second example: My wife had to make a trip to the dealership to sign something to get a duplicate title, no big deal I am sure this happens all the time. I told Jeff when she would be coming hoping that the paperwork would be ready and would you believe it was not. My wife waited 15 minutes and started to back out of the parking space when Jeff came out with the paperwork. This is not how any of this should have gone. Very poor customer service after the vehicle was sold. This has left me with the impression that after the sale they could care less because they have your money. I hope I am wrong but that is how we feel. By the way the 2013 Ford Flex SEL that we purchase is great, so at least they got that right.

Good Car Terrible Dealership and Buying Experience

Beware of buying used vehicles at Dave Sinclair. Buying process took hours and at the end to very negative surprises. First, only one set of keys provide (and this was a Ford bought at a Ford dealership) and Second, Emissions Safety Inspection was out of date. This caused us to bring the vehicle back and wait for 1.5 hours while they had time for us.

GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT

BRUCS NAES (SERVICE WRITER) WAS AMAZING, ALWAYS KEEPING ME POSTED ON THE REPAIRS & WHEN I WOULD RFECIEVE MY CAR BACK. BRUCE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS HIS #1 PRIORTY.

Oustanding Experience

Justin Fuller did an excellent job, he came in and laid out the automobiles for us based on our discussions and had everything ready and waiting. This is not even his area of expertise any more but he went above and beyond. The young lady that went over the MySync also did outstanding work and was very thorough.

Great service from Bob Spicer

Bob Spicer was great to work with, he explained the vehicle to me, went through several options on the price and seemed to understand the need to keep the cost close to what I needed. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me and sign up the paperwork! That was impression.
