trade in.... do not recomend
went in on tuesday to trade in my truck for a 2013 and felt all was going good did have to wait 3 hr for them to get me out of there which i think is redicuolus.. when i got home i seen they also had a 2013 same make/model for 3 grand cheaper in a diff. location called dealler about this he stated he got me a good deal and was nothing he could do.. also they called wanting my cadilac converter for truck i traded in (understandable) i requested in return they fix chip i found in windsheald and giver me a ress hitch that didnt come on truck with "towpackage" dealer stated theyd fix ship but no hitch.. poor attitude along with days trying to get ahold of him.. done told others not to do buisness there and i will never return as well.. needless to say keeping the cat... they can go get a new one...

Regret
I traded for a vehicle from this dealership on a Friday night. I regretted my decision that night and continued to throughout the weekend. That Monday morning at 8:30am I called the dealership and told them my dilemma and requested to buy back my car, at my own expense. I was told my car was "unavailable" until Wednesday or Thursday (by a sales manager) and would be called as soon as it was available to work out another deal. Finance contacted me on Wednesday to inquire about insurance on the vehicle I purchased, upon which I explain I was waiting for my former car to become available so that I could buy it back. The gentleman from finance told me he was unaware of this situation and would speak to my salesperson. Later that same day, I received a message from my salesperson asking if I could come back to the dealership tomorrow (Thursday) to work a deal on my car. Thursday morning I received another message stating someone had already applied for financing on the former vehicle which I intended to buy back. I requested to speak with another manager who, 4 hours later, returned my call to inform me my car had been driven off the lot and was unavailable. Not only had the dealership neglected to contact me (as stated) to inform me my vehicle was available, but as I was speaking to the dealership the very day my car was actually available, I was not informed at this time nor was I called back at any time this day. LONG story short I did everything in my power, starting Monday morning at 8:30 to buy-back my former vehicle (again, at my expense) and was, for lack of a better phrase, jerked around until the car I wanted was sold. This dealership cars only about selling a MASSIVE quantity of cars and not so much about communication with customers. I understand completely that it was my own personal decision to purchase the vehicle on Friday and that was not the dealer's fault. But the fact I was told one thing (that I would be called when my car was available) and given another (that the car was sold without anyone contacting me) is quite telling on how this dealership values after-sale customer satisfaction. THE KICKER: I was told by the manager that he had never had this happen before. True, a carbon-copy situation had most likely never occurred. But, I told him according to THESE VERY REVIEWS that I was not the only customer who had purchased a vehicle, was not satisfied with it, and dealt with poorly. He told me you can find bad reviews of anything out there and that only dissatisfied customers write such reviews. This concludes my review. This dealership not only practices poor and misleading communication with customers, but dismisses negative reviews and feedback given by paying customers.

Horrible Experience with Service Department
I had a horrible experience with this Service Department. This was the second Ford Dealership I took my car to about the issues I am having with my 2013 Ford Fiesta (which I haven't even had a for a year yet). They call me to tell me basically the issues of my car are normal and there is no way to fix them. So I ask the man to explain and he said "The blurb I am putting in with your paperwork better explains it". The man who was dealing with my car couldn't even explain to me why I am supposed to be okay with these issues I am having with my new car. Then I go to pick up my car and I am standing out in the cold for a while just waiting and finally someone pulls up in my car, gets out of the car, walks by passed me, then looks back and says "are you the owner?" and I said yes. I was expecting him to come talk to me about my car but no he just turned right back around and continued walking away. I was so frustrated with them that I didn't even notice until I was half way home that they didn't even fix the issue of my oil light being on and I don't need an oil change. So now I have to GO BACK to a dealer to get that light turned off but I am DEFINITELY NOT going back to this dealership.

I have bought and leased several trucks from this...
I have bought and leased several trucks from this dealership. I requested and online quote for a 2013 Escape that showed 8 miles on it in the ad. I received a quote with a good price. I called and made an appointment and stopped by for a test drive. At first he was unable to locate the vehicle. He asked another salesman who informed him the car was a demo and had been brought back the night before. So I asked what does Demo mean. He explained that buyers take it home so as to not put more miles on their trade-ins. I didn't quite understand this but ok. We rode around and found the vehicle. It was covered in a heavy dust including the windows, ( like it had been driven down a dirt gravel road). At that point my mind was already telling me NO not this car. I looked around the outside of the car to see if there were any scratches but I couldn't see through the dust. I took it for a test drive and it drove fine, however it had 6729 miles on it. When we got back I went in and talked to the salesman and told him that I did not consider a car with this many miles to be new. I wasn't going to pay a new car price for a car that had already been used by I don't know how many people. I was not happy with this experience and think this should have been handled differently. I called early in the day and told them about what time in the evening I would be there. I would think someone would have told the salesman what car I was coming to see and he could have made sure what condition it was in to show it. When I got there he didn't know what car I was there to see. Somebody dropped the ball here. The next day (today) I went and bought a 2014 Escape from Bommarito Ford and my experience couldn't have been any better.
