Even sent me a welcome video by text message showing me one of the two cars the I requested information. He was easy to talk. Answer all my questions about the car and was patience when it came down to decide make a choice of wish car would be better for my needs. Unfortunately we didn?t close the deal because management. I felt like I had to pay for something that wasn't caused until I came in 5months ago and they performed an electrical recall on the seats in my car... A week after the recall was fixed... My headlight blew out, I saw that the inside of the bulb was burned and the connector was a little burned. I did finally changed the bulb... had I known that 3months later it would have blown again on the same side, with the wiring burned also... I would have taken it back when it first blew out... Because this time I couldn't just change the bulb and I know it had something to do with that recall wiring that was changed. But still I had to come out of a deductible that I don't feel that I should have to get it fixed. Not to mention, it seems like every month or every other month I need to bring my car in for some type of problem... I'm wondering if the whole Buick Regal is a recall...
