Purchased a Buick Encore at Dave Sinclair from Andy. At first I wanted a Jeep but Andy showed me the Encore which ended up being a better fit for me. On my second visit I purchased the 2017 Encore. Great experience with the team and will be back in the future!

Better than a luxury dealer
I came in for my first maintenance plan oil change and tire rotation. My service adviser Eric was very helpful and informative. I had a BMW and his level of service was better than any luxury dealer that I have visited. Thanks again!

Great Buying Experience!
The Sales Manager, Jeff Christ did a nice job selling me on this vehicle. He was low pressure and very helpful and patient with me as he answered numerous questions around features, financing and available services. Jeff me feel extremely comfortable throughout the sales process. I'd highly recommend this dealership.

Helped my mother purchase a 2017 gmc Terran
I helped my mother purchase a new gmc Terran! The delership was very accommodating and willing to help in whatever way needed! I can?t say a bad thing about the experience. I mean they were very busy however, they checked up on us every so often. Great dealer and I would highly recommend them and wouldn?t hesitate to purchase my next car from them!

Service experience
I felt like I had to pay for something that wasn't caused until I came in 5months ago and they performed an electrical recall on the seats in my car... A week after the recall was fixed... My headlight blew out, I saw that the inside of the bulb was burned and the connector was a little burned. I did finally changed the bulb... had I known that 3months later it would have blown again on the same side, with the wiring burned also... I would have taken it back when it first blew out... Because this time I couldn't just change the bulb and I know it had something to do with that recall wiring that was changed. But still I had to come out of a deductible that I don't feel that I should have to get it fixed. Not to mention, it seems like every month or every other month I need to bring my car in for some type of problem... I'm wondering if the whole Buick Regal is a recall...

2017 used buick enclave
You know all car deals just take a long time to complete. That said this one did not feel like it as everything went smooth and we found the exact car we wanted. Good experience.

Wonderful car buying experience. First time i have bought a vehicle and have not felt that I was being swindled or pressured to buy. I felt a genuine concern for the person and their concerns over just trying to sell a car. Keep up the good work guys you ROCK!

New GMC Sierra
TM did a fantastic job - all the way around. He took the specs we gave him and the first truck he brought out, we ended up buying. No pressure. He also found other, non-published incentives, and did great job on the trade. I was also happy with the financing department. Very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they also have products to sell (warranty/etc.) - but again, no urgency or pressured sales methods. If anything, well-organized information provided, for which to make a decision. I wish only that the dealership they had better snack/refreshment options for what amounts to a fairly long day. I felt like George in that Seinfeld episode looking for a Twix bar.

GMC Denali Duramax
Todd Cohen my sales associate made me feel as if i was his only client. He called me to check in and see if there is anything he could help me with. He would assist me on any questions i had. If he didn't have the answer right away, he would find it and let me know within minutes. Once my vehicle came in, he got me really excited sending me a personal video showing me my truck came in.
